Your location was perfect and enables our entire family to see and enjoy Savannah at our leisure. We were treated so very nicely and will remember our visit with such fond memories. Thank you!
Everything was excellent. Enjoyed stay very much. Wine and cheese a nice touch.
Air conditioning in room was temperamental. Also a lot of street noise.
Great location. Wine & cheese was nice!
There was an old, used Q-tip on the bathroom floor, but seemed clean otherwise. The breakfast wasn't great.
The location, the friendly staff, the comfort and quality of the room.
The continental breakfast. The quality of the food was below the par of what this hotel should offer. I would suggest they upgrade their food supplier.
The room was quiet and cozy. The location within the historic district was perfect. We didn't have to drive anywhere from the time we arrived.
Our room was cleaned only one time during our 3 night stay. We had a late start out on Sunday. After receiving a note under the door about skipping our room due to the "do not disturb" door tag, I called down to request room service anyway. While we were out, someone placed the tag back on the door and needless to say, the room was still a mess. My credit card was charged prior to checkout and after I told them we'd pay in cash! Overall the stay was pleasant but efficiency could use some work.
We were in Savannah for our 40th Anniversary and had a wonderful time. The inn was in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The staff was informative and friendly. We were greeted at the sidewalk and our car and luggage were taken care of. We will definitely stay again.
Had to share a balcony with the room next door. Our luck no one rented or used it.
Close to everything, the people at breakfast and the rest of the staff very nice and friendly
Front staff when we got their Not very accommodating at all. Lots of noise from outside heard at night in the room.
very clean, attentive staff, great location
uncomfortable mattress bed too high/no bench provided breakfast was poor- we expected better food than what was offered (toaster ready waffles and french toast, cold cereal, old tasting hard boiled eggs)
Location was perfect. Staff friendly. Concierge was helpful. Wine and cheese a very nice touch
Rooms by the parking garage loud and lights bright at night for sleeping
Great place. Staff amazing and perfect location
We have been to Savannah several times and each time we stay here. The main reason is the location. You can walk to the river, shops and several restaurants. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. The only parking is the deck next door, but that's not a deal breaker for us. It's much easier to just do the valet parking. Whenever you call for your call, they are always quick even when they are busy.
No complaints at all.
Location is perfect...everything is within walking distance. Staff is very attentive, courteous and make you feel like a priority to their business. Wine and cheese in the evenings in the lobby is a nice touch! We would absolutely stay here when in Savannah.
Great location, staff was very helpful, beautiful room
Good location and excellent service.
Beautiful old fashioned decoration Lovely, helpful staff wine & cheese evenings next to the Pink House restaurant
The rooms were charming and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
The ambient temperature of the lobby and the breakfast room was very warm.
great location. Great service by bell captains. Great morning breakfast. Comfortable amenities.
Too much noise from the street at night. Late night partiers woke us up several times.
The close proximity to Riverstreet.
Breakfast foods could be better food quality.
The location was perfect. Access to everything.
The room was too small. Not like what was advertised. Didn't know the view would be of the parking deck.
It was well situated in historic downtown Savannah and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved our time here.
location!!! wine and cheese reception was very nice, except for the lacy that was serving the wine. very snobby and not friendly at all. cookies in the evening freshly baked was a very nice touch.
no parking on site. only valet parking. small rooms for the price.
