I like the location and the rooms. I got a really good deal last minute. Very luxurious!!
Sofa bed was very dirty. Sat down and cloud of dust erupted from the arm rest.
Beds were comfy, kitchen very usable and functional, easy access of parking and location was easy to access.
Didn't like the self check in, phone wasn't functional, no tour of the place or how things worked like Netflix etc., not enough bedding till I contacted someone about it also the self check in info first sent us to the wrong apartment.
The apartment was very nice
We don't like being accused of stealing a key when we weren't advised to leave inside apartment. We did not have any instructions so we put key back in key box. We got a call 4 hours later from Bergman or some guy in AE saying the house keeper told him that we took the key. That in return really upset us because we were told to put the key back in the key box by another associate. We do not appreciate being told we stole a key when we did not. We are not happy with staff and may not return based on this. Also please be advised I was a regional property manager and my husband is a firefighter. We seen multiple code violations within the apartment and property so with that in mind we did not appreciate Bergman assuming that we took the key. And no he did not call back to apologize and say that he found the key. Yes we are still upset about it and will be contacting corporate.
