It's an unusual part of LV! The good correlation of price & service.
There were no towels!
Non weekend price was great. Nothing new but clean and comfortable.
great location for downtown
food outlets on site could improve
The air conditioner didn't work and the staff had an oh well attitude didn't knock anything off the bill. The walls had spots all over them like something was being covered up, it gave us an uneasy feeling.
The staff was unfriendly and the beds are too hard can't get a good night sleep read the small print when making a reservation
best location, right in front of downtown las vegas. the casino is very good, nice room, good view
tiny bathroom, cannot open windows, not enough towels
The bartenders some time they're were rude and slow
Room was nice and bed comfy. Excellent group rate for event.
Arrived at hotel @ 1:30 p.m. Charged an extra $30 + to check-in early. Did not care for the closet space in the same area as the bathroom.
No coffee in rooms
Being bugged by salesman for a meeting to push their condo program. Restaurants too expensive, went to other casinos for value.
Budget friendly, right across from Freemont St
Lacks a little finesse, could do with a little paint on the room corridors
Great location for the rally
the price of the room during the rally next week room rates are half the price.
The location in Fremont was awesome. The coupons for food and drinks was also nice to get at check in
Was not able to open the window for ventilation.
Hot muggy room
Parking was included
Tables We're horrible Buffet Great one day and not so much next day Inconsistent
Very good price, easy access.
This is not the hotel's fault but the neighbours were so loud that we couldn't really have a good night sleep.
The location if u want to be downtown cannot be beat. The staff is great the value is wonderful on the wallet so you can enjoy the sites around town.
Wish the would up.grade the view of the basket ball and tennis courts and also the pool view. Its OK but it looks run down when u see it and doesn't feel inviting to use. But still the hotel is worth every bit of your staff u will be very comfortable
Staff very unfriendly. facility old and dated. Rooms not very well equipped. Restaurants out of different foods on the menu.
The location is within walking distance to downtown Las Vegas which is really fun.
I witnessed Mary at the front desk being so incredibly rude that I doubt we will go back. We have stayed there alot but ready to give someone else our business if that is how they treat their clients. If your room is at the front of the hotel which faces Fremont Street the view is pretty but it is very loud until very late. Bring earplugs!
The view was very nice. It was very peaceful & quite. The activities were good.
That I DIDN'T WIN IN THE HOTEL CASINO AT ALL.
The location. It is right across the street from the Down Town Mall and in the middle of all the other Casinos. The Children's Museum is about a 5-10 min drive. The Plaza itself offers McD's, Subway and a few other lower priced meals if that's what you're looking for. The Hash House was very good food and large plates but expect to "pay" for it... a breakfast for 4 was 85.00. The roof top pool was nice but no cabanas or Jacuzzi's as Hotel.com shows in one pic.. maybe because we went in Sept? I did not see the nice lobby, bar or hallway either.. I was in the South tower but I entered thru the main doors. So if they are there I don't know where. I will say, my son ran into the elevator and pushed a button before I could reach him. I immediately contacted Security. They literally found him within minutes! Thank YOU!!!! I have to give EXCELLENT kudos to them, the Valets, Bell staff and Dealers... they ALL made the trip better <3
Where to start?! The gentleman at check-in was, how should I put it.. a GRUMP! No smile, no greetings, I felt like I was imposing on him. When booking our 3rd room he said it didn't come thru on the booking and would not work with us, we ended up paying nearly 200.00 more than we budgeted. As I said before, the Bell staff was so accommodating that I let it go. The Casino itself is older and felt dingy, overworked and neglected. If you're a card player, few tables to choose from. Our room felt very much the same way. The carpet was sort of gross with a really nasty stain by the 'only outlet' that can be accessed in the main room for charging our cell phones and there was no table so we had to lay them on the floor or bed. The bathroom is TINY!!! Literally can't open the door if someone is on the potty. No towel racks so we had to lay our towels on the toilet for showering. The tub doesn't drain well, which personally is a big issue. The sink is high up and doesn't drain well either so when you brush your teeth you have to wash the sink out after, plus a very disgusting smell would come through occasionally as we ran the water. Also no privacy for dressing. There is no door between the room and sink area, which I get, but since the toilet area is so small there is no choice but to dress there, so don't be shy! Also, no room in the sink area for your toiletries and accessories.. Oh and don't try to iron your clothes either.. like I said NO OUTLETS! 2 words- NEVER AGAIN
Rooms were nicer than expected. Location to FSE was great. Decent grille inside.
Checkin staff was pretty horrible. They were like cattle ranchers trying to herd us through as quickly as possible. The problem? There was no one behind us. They could use some training in customer service.
when I got a quote and booked the hotel, it was $177.00 when I got to the hotel it was $153. and some odd change, after I got home I checked my bank account and another $123.00 was taken out of my account for the room. so I just about fell over because I would of never spent over $300.00 for a room in las vegas, so when people book through booking.com you should give them the full amount, I will never visit vegas again so thanks so much for getting my money this time because there will never be another time. what a shock to me. and to top it off nothing was said at the hotel either. SAD VERY SAD
