Too noisy at night. window not good on noise prevent
Close to freemont street experience
Road construction @ front door
Good location, staff are very friendly and helpful.
Location to Fremont Experience
No in room coffee or room service
Enjoyed the bed and the room was very nice. Liked the fact of the safe.
Did not like how closed in you were from the shower and toilet. Also did not like how thin the walls were. Could hear everthing from next room. When taking a shower the water pressure kept decreasing until it finally shut off. Had to turn knob off and then turn everything back on again.
Closeness to Freemont had an amazing time
Layout of the property is appeasing.
Nothing stands out.
close to every thing downtown with easy bus ride to strip
on enough electrical outlets in room
Amazing spot to be at for downtown. Soft beds and friendly staff! Great resturanst!
When we first got in our room it was after 430pm, we tried to turn on the lights but nothing turned on. We then pluged in the tv, clock, phone and two lights that were placed in the room one light did not work due to the light bulb being broken with glass on the floor.
Proximity to nite rail traffic
large rooms good price great location
the bathrooms are awful. showerhead too low, and the shower was tiny.
Crap table staff friendly
Sulphur smell from bathroom sink
The location was good however due to construction in front of the hotel it was a little confusing where to go to park. We had a great view of Fremont street from our room on the 14th floor!!!
Because we had a great view from the 14th floor that also meant we heard everything until one or two in the morning. I expected this but if you have a family or need a quiet room I wouldn't recommend staying here.
We loved this hotel.
VERY BAD TV !!! -- NO COFFEE POT
We like staying in old town.
They had no record of us checking in. They said they had to call you to verify it. Plus, we asked for handicap room and had to wait for the next day and move. Was told they cannot always guarantee those rooms. Have stayed at the Plaza many times and checking in was terrible. May have to consider a different hotel next time.
Over all customer service in the entire hotel consistantly good both times I stayed unhappy with hike in room rates since july
I liked the location.
The room was like Motel 6 with nicer linens.
Your bath soap and lotion; was not smoky in the casino like others - "California" i.e.; the staff on the floor and cages were very, very hospitable. Thank you for a great time.
For a solo female, the room was not comfortable. It was very nice and big - BUT - 3rd floor with a rooftop view kind of scary.
Loved that we were steps from Fremont Experience, loved the convenience of the food/cafes in the hotel, great slots and payouts. Staff friendly, valet service ver.y efficient. Can't say enough good things about the Plaza
Crews were working on the street on Main Street, right in front of the hotel. Not in the hotel's control and this is the only thing that "bugged" me about the hotel even though it did not really impede any travel.
The only thing I liked was our elevators were just a short distance from the Valet entrance.
There was no coffee pots or supplies. We were to get 2 bottles of water free each day, out of the 4 nights we got them once. The Hash A Go Go was way to expensive for the quality of food.
great place to stay our 4th time
Oscar's Steakhouse was wonderful. The slot machines seemed to produce more wins than the ones on the Strip.
The pool was a little dirty. This could have been remedied very easily but wasn't.
