Bed confortable Clean sheets
Front desk Room dirty Carpet old and dirty
I don't like the renovations that they have done. The plane smells funny like carpet deodorizer and waitress takes too long to come to the tables.
Location I could walk to the other casinos
My family and I stayed only one night but it was enjoyable. It wasn't as crowed as the strip. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were quite LARGE. The staff was average, not bad, just average. But for the price, it was awesome.
Nothing negative to say.
It was a good hotel for the price. I had asked for a room that was close because of my teenage son. They were able to give us adjoining rooms.
Elevator broke down and there was no way to get our stuff up to our room had to wait abou 30 minutes til they fixed.
The hotel was very clean, and the pool on the rooftop was very appreciated. The only downside is that it was about 30min bus from downtown Vegas.
Well i just tell you i won't come back cleanness was A big problem
The hotel is very good because it is just close enough to the Freemont Experience, and you get 10 times more hotel than what you paid.
Hotel location in Vegas downtown Breafeast
Time spent to check in was too long only one person at the front desk when two other persons were in the office.
Room was clean and reasonably priced
Over an hour line up to register; dirty pool grounds; pool not open in the morning and had to call reception to send security up with keys; dirty hallways and ripped carpets.
Road work but that will get better
Close to downtown Big room Close to Freeway
Very far from Las Vegas Strip Old furniture (drawers didn't close properly)
The price was hard to beat.
You get what you pay for: a very basic hotel, just OK, not the type of quality the name leads you to expect.
Location is good.
Room was super noisy and the AC was too loud. Could not sleep. Overall, not very clean.
location everything gift stores and lots of entertainment just across the street always stay at plaza and will continue to stay it's a great hotel and for the price its the best.
Food and restaurants
Ills A C units
location good , cheap rooms
noisy old hotel , had to move hotels to get sleep
The hotel is conveniently situated near Greyhound station, for those who come to Vegas by bus. There's a casino inside, air condition is working, Du-Pars is right across the street (PEACH PIE), Fremont street goes straight down from the hotel's entrance. Nor plus nor minus, just so you know - the sink and the "pre-" restroom area doesn't have a door, so if you need privacy to brush your teeth or something, be aware of that.
The bathroom could have been a bit bigger, as the door to it opens inside, and there's little space.
No microwave, no fridge. Awakened at 6 am with fire alarm no PA announcement to tell you it was a false alarm, went down 16 flights of stairs. No apologies from staff.
I like that the staff was providing excellent customer service even (house keeping)room service . Also I like that they had a casino in the hotel and food restaurants.
I didn't like the fact that I had to remind the front desk that I payed for a room with a view. I didn't like the fact that the rooms were close to each other and that u can hear what's going on in the other room. The bathroom was small . Also that the rooms didn't HVE a fridge inside them and parking .
The elevators smelled like horrible garbage and bathroom waste.. we had to hold our breath for 21 floors coming down elevator. the elevator smelled like a sewer. The 7th floor hallway smelled like nasty bathroom. We didn't go swimming because of the smell all the way to the pool. No TV checkout.. Only 2 check-in reps with a long line of people around 4pm and at checkout 1 person!!!!! 2 Cleaning/housekeeping ladies on same morning different times came into my room at 730am & 8am!!!!
The coupon booklet they give you a check and has a lot of good discounts
Didn't like getting charged $50 protection fee at check in, bathroom was super small and toilet was running all night, in the pool area isnt very nice not very clean.
Corner room w/ strip view is awesome. Modern room. Great price
No mini fridge, slow parking elevators, need more food options
Location, price. We were playing in a benefit poker tournament at Binions so we could walk there easily.
Small bathroom. I was in the North tower facing the Fremont Street Experience Could hear the music very late at night. Next time I'll ask to be in the South Tower.
I rarely liked my visit no refrigerators nor microwaves in rooms I have never seen that before.
Staff was extremely rude did not explain deposits not explained correctly
nearness to Fremont experience great fitness access great staff and fair food
