Score from 464 reviews Excellent
There was no food service to room.
Bed could have been a little firmer.
Location was perfect. Rode the free shuttle bus to Penn Station. Hotel staff was unbelievable nice. Helped us with several things. Very clean.
Free wifi was very slow
Good location, nice comfortable room
valet parking, left my lights on so my battery was dead. They did help me jump start the car but this all happened at 4am when I was trying to leave to get my daughter home to get to school in time. They did say they would remove the valet charges. I will follow up on this.
Friendly helpful staff, great location within walking distance of the convention center and the harbor. Amazing French Bakery at hotel.
friendly staff, free breakfast, beautiful hotel
The only negative was the shower - needed a refurbishment. Everything else was great.
The bar/lounge staff and breakfast pastry shop were fantastic. The bed was king sized and very comfortable
Well, the sign outside my room said ice and vending machines but there was no vending machines. But that will not deter me from coming again.
This hotel is near everything And the next time I'm in Baltimore, here's where I will stay!!!
small room, free wifi is marginal
The parking situation: very expensive. To pay $15 every time you need to go out is a lot and $37 a day for the Valet for a few days could end up being more than the room.
The staff were very professional.
1.The Room did not have microwave. 2. Room view was very bad with construction facing. 3. The Price quote was discounted for USD 92 per day plus taxes but parking was not at hotel, Valet parking was USD 37 per day., This amounted to cost of USD 92+37= USD 129 per day plus taxes. At this price I could have got many other hotels including Sheraton or Hilton or other hotels where parking is free. 4. At Valet service morning I had to wait almost 20-25 minutes as there was only one Vale for so may guests checking out. 5. The hotel breakfast was not free and also not very convenient breakfast. All hotels including small motels provide free breakfast so this was not indicated in first booking clearly. It should have been clearly said Breakfast is not included. 6. No good restaurant for food available, so this hotel had restaurant but not a proper reasonable one. Had to walk to waterfront for food as Car was parked very far from hotel. 7. No Bank , ATM nearby
Room, Bed, TV Channels
Great deal during spring break. Large rooms. Lots of space.
The food terrible at the pub ans the priced was not compatible to the food nor prices that's charge.
the juice in the front and the room was ok foe the price.
Parking was a block away...
We liked that the hotel was very close to the bus stop..getting to the inner harbor was so easy...We loved the tavern! Great food, we didn't need to leave the hotel to eat...Mornings we went to the bakery
French rest seemed very pricey for dinner. Would have liked if they were open for Easter breakfast!
employees were helpful
The seafood smell in the front lobby was a bit discouraging, but that was pretty much the worst part about the place - can't say anything bad about it.
Good value for the money. The hotel is decent. Not super fancy, but comfortable and quiet.
French Kitchen had poor service. Not quite ready for prime time.
Great value. Nice room. Quiet.
I couldn't stay longer !!
From the moment you enter the revolving doors of Lord Balitmore- you are met with a warm welcome that stays with you the duration of your Visit to this majestic and classy hotel ! Upon entering the swanky room, I was welcomed with a custom chocolate bar - what a sweet treat !
Parking fee expensive.
The parking is 40$ a day. Self parking is distance away.
Walking distance from the harbor...
The parking garage is a little far away, especially with luggage. Only 2 blocks or so, but with a young one and me being the only person carrying the bags it was tough.
Everything was perfect. Great location, friendly staff, in walking distance to the Harbor. Room was beautiful & newly renovated. Worth the money !
The rain... but it's not your fault...
Bathroom window not well sealed: bathroom was a little bit cold and noisy.
Cafe with very good choice in the Hotel
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable.
The staff were the best and worst part of our stay. Most were great but one front desk woman spoiled it when we asked about spa services in the area and she replied, "Let me Google that for you."
