Plaza Ocean Club Hotel    

This was our second stay at Plaza Ocean Club and shure won't be our last.The front desk staff are great namely Jennifer ans Tabitha.Ansley in housekeepingis also good.The restaurant staff and bar manager Scott are great at their jobs Wouldn't consider staying elsewhere

The parking could stand some improvement

Nothing in the room about the amenities, parking was horrible and was across the street, shower dripped and so did sink.

The location was great, right on the beach. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Mike at the front desk was awesome.

Loved the location. Front Desk staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was clean (but bathroom aweful). Air conditioner worked very well. Refrigerator/freezer worked well.

Bathroom was aweful and not in good shape. Water in shower/tub wouldn't turn off all the way. There was also a continual leak onto the bathroom floor (from the back end of the tub) and we kept getting our feet/socks wet. There were moldy areas around the tub/shower and bathroom floor (where it connects the walls & tub). Shower didn't drain very well and mat in the tub was icky. I did not even want to shower in it. Bathroom fan did not work very well either. We had a kitchenette but no supplies in it (would have been nice to atleast have silverware and a can opener). Garbage had not been taken out when we checked in and each day, maid service did not replenish the coffee supplies (even when a note was left asking for it) so I had to get it from the front desk one day and call for it the next day. Elevators were very slow. I would most likely choose another hotel when going to Daytona Beach again.

The staff at front desk was the most efficent and good at their jobs especially Tabitha &Jennifer I will make my reservations at Plaza ocean Club everytime I plan to stay in Daytona The nicest Hotel I have stayed at in Daytona,over the years have stayed at probably 25 or more

Drunken guests smoking marijuana, urinating off balcony and vomiting off balcony. Called desk and no answer. When I told them at checkout they said manager would call me. No call to date! I would not stay there again!!

house keeping was horrible upon check in we had gum all over the floor, when we complained was told they had a young crowd prior, after 2 days gum still there, coffee pot never cleaned garbage never takin out furniture never wiped down, floors never check or vacuum housekeeping horrible.

I liked the staff and I felt very welcome. The hotel was very accommodating

The only problem I had was the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the floor of the bathroom. Other than that I was very happy with my stay

It was clean and the view was not to bad.

The price was way to much for the room. The rooms was very small and was right beside the elevator. We stayed in Confort inn the next night and paid $100 and there rooms was 2 times as big as the plaza that we paid $190 for.

It was close to the Beach Walk, peer, and indoor waterpark. Did not have to drive. The view from my pool side room.

Did not get the room we booked and paid for, we were told by the manager that they have only one size room and you can clearly tell from the exterior that they have a larger rooms on the end of the hotel. The hotel was in need of repair and customer service/relations were poor.

I did not get the room I booked/paid for, which it was spring break! Rooms need maintenance attention.

It started when I tried to check in early which I could not. No place to eat at your hotel. No music at your hotel, so we went to the Hilton to listen to music. When it was time to sleep the room did not smell fresh. When I tried to checkout that was a nightmare. The person at the counter said can I help you and I said yes I would like to checkout and then she started talking to other members of your staff instead of checking me out. It just look like you needed more help. I will not stay at your hotel next time. I know it was spring break, but you can do so more for my money.

Idk we never got a chance to sample anything. Upon arrival we were told that they were double booked and we could not have the room we had booked online. They sent us to another hotel down the road, 3 miles away and nowhere near where we wanted to be.

The staff offered no apology for this inconvenience. Not only did they double book and our room wasn't available but they sent us three miles away and the room wasn't made ready for us until after 5:00. They said we would get an upgraded room but we didn'T. Very disappointed and angry. Bad business. I'll be sure to let everybody know.

Location, Friendly staff.

Needs a good cleaning inside. Need new carpets in hallways or just take them out.

Friendly staff. Nice Bar area. Short walk to Main St. Liked to partial water/street view.

No Hot tub. Room was clean but could definately use some updating.

I loved the location. It was right in the middle of Daytona Beach and you could walk anywhere. All of the staff aside from one person were absolutely wonderful.

The bathroom was extremely small and the beds were very firm. It was still overall a nice stay.

Location was great as well as the value for the price....

Phone did not work in room...and wasn't followed up on when informing the front desk. In the room we stayed in there was no vanity in the bathroom ....only a sink.
