I wish I could get a free stay at Perry's
I love the inside hot tub
Because of Booking.com I did not get the room I requested nor a good rate. I received a King bed and a broken pull out.
The employee there was rude the room was stinky they messed up my booking in the first place charged me more then what the booking was when I booked it
The beach that's alll
My balcony sliding door was messed up. Needed a little TLC
I liked the closeness of the beach access. Breakfast was great.
Didn't like the elevator wait time.
Spring breakers were unruly at the pool the last day. Foul mouths, took kids board to jump on and ruined them. Need a staff person to take a walk around now and then to SEE what is going on!
Being on the beach, pool and relaxing.
We received the wrong room the hotel was over crowded with college students the elevators we filthy from wasted beer and sand
Room service literally came 45 minutes later
That the door to the room stuck.
Location was great. Walking distance to a lot of good activities.
The hotel is close to the main bars and clubs.
Spring Breaker party in the Hall ways drinking!! Beer cans and cigarettes on balcony, open Condoms all in the halls. Wasn't kid friendly at all!!!
elevators take long time before they arrive, garbage from spring breakers in the elevators
the bartender ken is great, hotel room is good and comfortable bed.
Check in, clerk finished checking in guest before us the our turn the phone kept ringing and he never even made eye contact or acknowledged we were there. if he looked our way and said i will be right with you..or something. finally someone came to help.
After we received horrible crab dip the bartender cheered us up. Apologized sincerely and tried to help.
Ladies working counter are hustlers, charge you "cash" for needing two parking spots when I got a double room for two adults. Told me my card was "declined" so I'd pay "cash" for my room, I call bank & they say my charge was "reversed" by staff. Be careful
Location is perfect. Ocean view room was awesome & bartender at hotel was really great.
Extremely noises, no sleep. We were not told that your hotel had spring breakers, and we were not told that we could of had a refund until we checked. Very poor communication, no wifi, ran out of towels, had to carry our luggage no cart available, very bad experience.
Don't waste your money. Dump, dump, dump. WiFI is useless. Can't believe I dropped $1,500 on this place for Bike Week, what a joke.
The front desk staff was beyond rude and even told me I should have booked elsewhere. Have never experienced such low quality hospitality in my life.
Can't beat the location
We could not use the pool because of spring breakers. We had drunken idiots trying to get in our room at night. Drunken kids playing loud music and running up and down the corridors in to the early hours.
The hotel, location and staff were fine
The air conditioner was nasty and dusty. Bottom of bathroom door was rusting apart. And waiting forever for elevators to make it to 7th floor especially when your trying to get out of the hotel and staff members are holding elevators in basement and riding with carts instead of letting the guests get out before they start filling them with linen carts I was stuck for almost 30 min upstairs no way down because of rude staff members
The best part of the whole hotel is the open bar downstairs no drinking and driving and big TV in room like 50 in flat screen
No light bulbs in any of the lamps in the room
Old, run down. Every door (connecting, entry and balcony) did not either shut or lock properly. Bathroom in desperate need of updating, arrived and the towels on the side of the tub were completely soaked, not sure if they were ever changed, or if the spray from the shower nozzle just soaked them because the shower nozzle spray goes everywhere. Saturday night had to call security twice because of so much loud noise in surround rooms and hallway, not to mention the smell of marijuana was so strong I got a horrible headache. I will NEVER return to this hotel. The only people that I can see enjoying this hotel are young, drinking, smoking spring breakers who are too drunk or too stoned to care. Don't even get me started on the rudeness at the front desk, where we were greeted not with, "Hi, may I help you?" But instead a rushed, rude, "Do you need something?" When we needed to exchange our room key because it didn't work. I will never, ever return to this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone.
The location was good and that's about it.
We booked a room, requested a king bed and upper floor. We got what we asked for, but were able to upgrade to a better one....Very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
