Not enough parking for guest. Elevators are very slow,had to walk down 5 flights of stairs.

everyone very good to us and very clean.

house keeping was horrible upon check in we had gum all over the floor, when we complained was told they had a young crowd prior, after 2 days gum still there, coffee pot never cleaned garbage never takin out furniture never wiped down, floors never check or vacuum housekeeping horrible.

I liked the staff and I felt very welcome. The hotel was very accommodating

The only problem I had was the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the floor of the bathroom. Other than that I was very happy with my stay

It was clean and the view was not to bad.

The price was way to much for the room. The rooms was very small and was right beside the elevator. We stayed in Confort inn the next night and paid $100 and there rooms was 2 times as big as the plaza that we paid $190 for.

It was close to the Beach Walk, peer, and indoor waterpark. Did not have to drive. The view from my pool side room.

Did not get the room we booked and paid for, we were told by the manager that they have only one size room and you can clearly tell from the exterior that they have a larger rooms on the end of the hotel. The hotel was in need of repair and customer service/relations were poor.

I did not get the room I booked/paid for, which it was spring break! Rooms need maintenance attention.

It started when I tried to check in early which I could not. No place to eat at your hotel. No music at your hotel, so we went to the Hilton to listen to music. When it was time to sleep the room did not smell fresh. When I tried to checkout that was a nightmare. The person at the counter said can I help you and I said yes I would like to checkout and then she started talking to other members of your staff instead of checking me out. It just look like you needed more help. I will not stay at your hotel next time. I know it was spring break, but you can do so more for my money.

It was a good location and staff was courteous and well mannered

Idk we never got a chance to sample anything. Upon arrival we were told that they were double booked and we could not have the room we had booked online. They sent us to another hotel down the road, 3 miles away and nowhere near where we wanted to be.

The staff offered no apology for this inconvenience. Not only did they double book and our room wasn't available but they sent us three miles away and the room wasn't made ready for us until after 5:00. They said we would get an upgraded room but we didn'T. Very disappointed and angry. Bad business. I'll be sure to let everybody know.

Location, Friendly staff.

Needs a good cleaning inside. Need new carpets in hallways or just take them out.

Friendly staff. Nice Bar area. Short walk to Main St. Liked to partial water/street view.

No Hot tub. Room was clean but could definately use some updating.

I loved the location. It was right in the middle of Daytona Beach and you could walk anywhere. All of the staff aside from one person were absolutely wonderful.

The bathroom was extremely small and the beds were very firm. It was still overall a nice stay.

Location was great as well as the value for the price....

Phone did not work in room...and wasn't followed up on when informing the front desk. In the room we stayed in there was no vanity in the bathroom ....only a sink.

Mike the night manager was exceptional in handling a problem with the room booking for the last nite

Booking a week in advance for a 3 nite stay in a room with a king size bed and receiving a room with two twin beds- Not acceptable !

Certain members of the staff were extremely helpful. One of the workers, his name was Mike he worked the desk at night, was also so polite and friendly when we called down in need of something. He wasn't fake friendly by the end of the week he knew all of our names and truly made our vacation better.

I understand completely why our balcony was locked ( we were on spring break.) I feel like we should have been informed before because we probably wouldn't have paid extra for the ocean view room. Also I told the lady the day we checked out, but the lady that checked our room (name was kimmy I believe, blonde hair) was an extremely rude person. One of the girls in our group had went back to the room to get her water just in time to hear her telling whomever we were disgusting and trashy because of the bathroom. Our shower had a leak, which maintenance said they'd come fix but we asked them to wait until after our stay for privacy. The last we had a roll of toilet paper on the floor that was soaked due to the shower and in return made a huge mess. I feel her comments were extremely unprofessional, and highly inappropriate.

Location. Staff, especially housekeeping were nice:).

Elevator was extremely slow. Shower stall was gross. The tile had been painted over. There was a non skid mat in the tub and the underside of it was absolutely filthy. It was shedding biofilm or plastic (not sure what it was:() when we showered and the tub drain was partially clogged. For over $200.00 per night, I expected better. Also, there was a door stop that was a safety hazard. It was a sharp peice of metal sticking up out of the carpet. It could really hurt someone if you were to step on it or if someone fell on it. Also slider was screwed shut on check in. We were not told this. I had to call down to desk to see why we couldn't get out onto patio. I was told that hotel had to make sure (because Spring beakers were in town) that everyone staying in the room was over age of 21 before it would be unscrewed. Maintenance had to come up to the room and remove screw before we could use patio.

The only thing I liked was being able to walk to the beach and being able to hear the beach!

Lord!!! First they lost my reservations the said they would squeeze me in I reserved a queen superior with pullout couch and full ocean view...haha!!!! We got a standard room with a view of the pool and half the ocean with all the half naked girls in the pool. Air conditioner right outside the room loud as can be fridge nasty and rusty on the outside old.... As the microwave also, toilet leaking water all over the floor.We went to show the mgr our reservations and we waited for an hr for him to say we have nothing else sorry, we will give u a roll away cause we had 3 children.He did not offer to give any money back, we had to ask!!! Since we did not get the room with the pullout couch and we complained about the view he did refund 30 bucks. Bike week was going on and so was spring break and I understand they were busy not a problem as we are a young married couple our self... 32 years old and 34 years old, we actually enjoyed all the things going on. It just sucks that this was our last night in Florida and we surprised the kids by coming to Daytona and staying on the beach as we were supposed to leave that Wednesday so we packed up and told the kids it was time to go home, once we got in the car we told them we had one more night and that we were staying on the beach with an awesome view of the ocean as my kids had never seen the ocean, in a nice hotel!!! Instead we kept our shoes on cause we were afraid of the floor getting our socks so nasty!!!! Will never stay there again!!!! There is one thing about room 207 that I liked and that was the television!!! Very disappointing and a sad way to end our first family vacation!!!

we did not like the parking, hard to find a spot, did not like that my card was charged 3 days before we arrived at the hotel , will not stay again, the elevator had throw up in it, and one was not running at times.

The hotel had a very nice view of the ocean.

I think for the amount of money paid for the room it was way over priced. The hotel has potential to be very nice but it seems like many maintenance issues are overlooked and cosmetically it is falling apart.

Upon making reservations I was not told about 100$ per person deposit
