Very good,

“ Friendly, hospitable, warm and steps to the Santa Fe Plaza. To the fireplace lit by staff to the bar and great dining upstairs it's the price performer in Santa Fe. AND, underground parking...fantastic! ”

Close to Historic Santa Fe plaza. Excellent consierge, good underground parking. Very poor recipes in dining room. Bland and tasteless food, compared to nearby hotels and restaurants. Poor drinks in the bar.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Great location. Bathroom was small. Thermostat was not responsive. Seating area cramped. Parking should have been free. I travel extensively and very rarely do I have to pay for parking.

The rooms were adorable and very comfortable. The swwetest room I've stayed in. Don't change a thing. I heard water running all night. It never stopped and woke me several times in the night. The bartender was not friendly or professional in any way. Somewhat rude.

Location to old Santa Fe. Good bed. Tiny bathroom, cracked sink, loose faucet, poor lighting, not one comfortable chair in the place, gaps around door and windows.

It was a beautiful hotel in an excellent lcation. We waited 30 minutes at the lounge for a drink. When we asked for someone to come and light the fireplace we waited 45 minutes, it spoiled the moment, so we called the front desk and told them to forget it, Very disappointing !! They really neeed to raise the level of service.

The location to the Santa Fe Plaza, the underground parking, the fireplaces and the king size bed. I did not like to have to pay $14/night to park in the underground lot. Their rate is high enough to include this extra fee.

very central location. nice and efficient staff margaritas at the bar quality of bedding too many stairs and too much walking to get to your room. if you don't want to climb stairs, people walking in the rather narrow courtyard, can look into your room.

I loved the location, the staff was very helpful and the rooms very clean and well taken care of . Everything about my stay there was perfect, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. You are able to walk almost anywhere you would want to be.

The hotels central location was ideal for sightseeing and shopping. We felt that the hotel was overpriced for the standard of accommodation. The bare wooden floors were not properly cleaned in the lounge area and the settee was most uncomfortable. The bar area was very old fashioned and inside cupboards needed urgent attention. The bathroom was very small and it was difficult to get passed the toilet and into the bath area. Limited staff numbers at any given time.

I love the courtyard setting and I hope to stay again when the flowerpots are full of color. The hotel had caught our eye on previous visits and I think we have found our new favorite. The restaurant is delicious and the bar is delightful. The only thing missing is a hot tub!

The location was perfect to explore downtown Santa Fe and the restaurant next door (Tia Cucina) was delicious. Staff was unprofessional and poorly trained, not very knowledgeable about the property nor the surrounding area. Our room was simple, yet had the feeling of a renovated Motel 6 and certainly not what was advertised on the website.

Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Amenities lacking in the hotel (dining facilities, room service) were available close by. Underground parking was well lit and spacious. Liked the living room in the standard king and fireplace. Quiet. Close to everything. We were very satisfied with the hotel.
