Everything was great for the most part. The only problem was there were no towels in the room. One call to the desk and the towels were there in just minutes. So it really was not an issue. The parking garage was reasonable for the area.

We were upgraded to king suite kitchen , bathroom bedroom and lounge with dining area. Microwave and fridge in kitchen Rnovations were going on and health suite and pool were out of bounds.

Everyone was so kind and helpful!! We love Richelle and James and all of the guys out front!! The housekeepers were just so sweet...every one of them! We had a wonderful weekend in Baltimore thanks to the kindness of your staff!!! We will absolutely come again! When we booked the room we were supposed to have dishes and silverware and a toaster.. Because of the changes going on there we didn't have that in our room...however, the staff took good care of us and we wound up with all that we needed..I Must mention to you that the way that the little refrigerators are positioned is Terrible...Opening the door is Difficult and I have huge cuts on the top of my fingers ! I know it sounds strange but you need to check it out..

My stay was enjoyable and productive. Obviously there are problems associated with the renovation, however, the room itself was clean, quiet and comfortable and the downtown area was easily accessed.

Staff was friendly liked that there was private parking(yes you pay extra for it but so handy) Construction going on. Also we stayed in a room right by elevator and it was right behind our bed very loud.

the bed was good and also clean. We use a black light to check all hotels and yours passed the test urine smell in bathroom and toilet seat was loose. Nature's Miracle is an excellent product that digests all biologicals when it dries. Check it out.

the room was very spacious but not constructed very well..the staff was very friendly and personal..the price was reasonable... you could not see the TV from the entire room, which made it very uncomfortable at night for relaxing...the bathroom door opened up to the bed which didn't give much privacay...there was no full body mirror...a must.....

The hotel was undergoing renovations, so that made it a bit difficult, but the room was fine and the view marvelous. My daughter and I also took a walk and found the 'old' hotel which was stunning.

6 blocks from inner harbor 1. The hotel was under renovation , there was no water on arrival for 6 hours 2. The hot water was not available early morning 3. They charge me 100$ extra to the total given by booking .com claiming this is tax!!!

hotel was currently going through renovations, which was not mentioned to me when I booked. the gym was closed, my room was not well appointed, one of the curtains was broken, and the bathroom was disgusting

Room was clean and spacious Lobby was dinky and poorly organized. No hot water in a.m. after running faucet for ten minutes. Thermostat hard to read. TV guide gave 6:30-8:00 pm listings only. Coffee maker cheap and clunky. Staff said hotel was going to be an Embassy Suites in May. Hilton inspectors should have a good look before letting them use the name. I am a Hilton Honors Gold level and would have a fit if Hilton had passed this one.

Our stay at the Tremont Hotel meant all of our expectations. We will certainly use the hotel again when staying in Baltimore, md. No hair dryer was a missing ammenity. Make check in time by 2:00pm.
