Lighting on gate made it easy to find location. The interior roof had an interesting natural wood look.
I did not feel welcome. The bed tilted. The pillow case was stained. The bedding was worn. The breakfast fruit was bruised. The owner made his own jellies probably from uneaten bruised fruit.
On last moments notice was able to reserve a rooom. With power outages and deprise caused by recent hurricane our room was in a beautifully decorated rustic home. Lots if antiques and artwork
Room was spacious, had a comfortable bed, and there was coffee, a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. Dennis was charming and prepared wonderful breakfasts.
The host went out of his way to make sure everything was done to make us comfortable. The room was clean, the breakfast of fresh fruit and home made jam was excellent. I highly recommend the Plumeria bed and breakfast!

The property was wonderful as was the view from the balcony during breakfast with Dennis. He is a real gentleman with great knowledge of the surrounding area, a wonderful cook, and all around terrific guy to chat with. The antiques (which he has a a lot of) are simply amazing - from the artwork and beds within the rooms, to the dining utensils and furniture in the dining lanai - everything was an antique! Made the stay even more at home!
Too short of a stay!
Staff / good view
The owner is super friendly and the decor in the room is fantastic, the room was large and the adjustable bed was very comfortable, it is somewhat isolated but if you have activities around it can work out.
Ants everywhere, outside and inside the room and the bathroom, coming out of the shower, under the doors, cracks, etc.
Room and view were lovely. Dennis was cordial and accomodating.
So far from Hilo.
Very nice Bead & Breakfast Feel like at home.
Far away from the city center 1h drive WLAN is very slow. No Mobil connection
Excellent room, fantastic breakfasts, congenial staff.
The accommodations were very cozy. Breakfast was fantastic. A quiet side of the island which we prefer with lot's of fun activities close by. We had a blast.
The breakfast was excellent, and alot of it! Beautiful views from the B&B, and close enough to everything, yet far enough away to feel away from the crowds.
The room we have reserved was very dusty. It was difficult to breathe.
The promise of one free extra night when renting more than six nights was not kept.
T H E B R E A K F A S T was ecellent !!! When you look for a little paradise, then you find ther some one.
The breakfast was great, the view was unforgettable. Hosts were very friendly.

The location was paradise and the breakfast was sublime. Without doubt my favourite stay of my trip.
The atmosphere was quiet and clean. Dennis was a warm host and was a pleasure to talk to. Breakfast was delicious :)
The owner does a great breakfast and is very accommodating with requests. A great place to have as a home base if staying on the south side of the big island.
