Best Western Plus BWI Airport  

It was quiet, clean and comfortable. I go to a hotel to sleep not party and this one fit the bill well. It is close to things but far enough away as well.

Desk in room. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion provided. Free breakfast and coffee in lobby.

breakfast was OK. There were some students staying in the hotel and they were quite loud on two nights but when management was informed they addressed it promptly

Friendly front desk staff, room is clean, right next to a bar, breakfast meal was pretty ok.

There was a Caucasian, heavy set lady who sounded hateful while giving instruction on how to use the cereal dispenser but I didn't let her ruin my day with the other friendly staff there.

Budget and how clean it was

I stay at this hotel alot, 2 nights at a time. Just stayed 3-26- 2013 & 3-27-2013. 3 bus loads of kids also stayed, they were up all night running the halls. So four 2 nights I had no sleep. Told management about it, they did not care. Never will I stay with Best Western, terrible place.

The room was clean and confortable. The breakfast service was very good. The staff was helpful. There is a pub right in front of it if you don't feel like eating at the hotel.

The hotel is a bit isolated. There is a pub in the parking lot and nothing more. You really need a car to get around.

Hard to find

It was close to the casino and restaurant we were going to. It was quiet. The king bed was comfortable. We always had a good parking spot for free.

There was no wow factor about the place. The breakfast wasn't all that great and they didn't offer turkey meat.

Location. Near I95. Breakfast was very good.

Good facilities and shuttle to airport, Mall, train station available which is essential if you dont have a car as it is a bit remote. Breakfast is buffet and includes hot and cold choices, typically American though (paper plates, plastic cutlery) etc. and tables are to the side of lobby. Restaurant opposite is reasonably priced (like a sports pub) Pool was very warm and good size

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, restaurant on site and free breakfast.

I am a woman traveling for business. I felt very comfortable and safe. The restaurant next door was convenient and great.

The cleaning chemicals were almost oppressive. I felt sick for a good part of the day after checkout.

The shuttle service worked well to get us to an early flight. The room was comfortable and clean.

room was adequate for a one night stay. Shuttle bus was very good. Breakfast was good.

location was difficult to find. We drove there with our car, and then had to return the car to the rental agency. Roads were dark, narrow and winding. Would have liked to have a microwave in the breakfast room.

We stayed at Best Western Plus for one night only to be close to the airport for our early morning flight. We liked the fact that there was a shuttle to the airport and that it appeared to be close to the airport.

It was very hard to find and we called two or three times to the person on the desk to find directions but he was unable to help us. We know the Baltimore area fairly well as we lived in Dundalk for years. However, we were unaware that there were two Dorsey Roads and this is what confused us. After an hour of calling the hotel and driving around, we pulled into a Red Roof Inn and she printed out mapquest directions for us - we were than able to find the hotel.

I wrote when booking that we wanted a smoking room and an airport pick p. I named the flight number. Arriving on a late flight ( 11 pm) I had hoped to see the shuttle. No way, I had to phone and a person I could hardly understand because of the noise, told me to wait. So I waited and waited. In the hotel we were given a non smoking room When I complained the next morning, I was told they never look at the wishes of the guest, They just book any available room. Breakfast is untill 8.30 am. Nice when you arrive late!!! But not. Luckely there was a nice lady who drove us to the trainstation the next day

I liked the hotel very much it was very comfortable and friendly. The location was great. Continental Breakfast was great but the only thing everyone in my group would like to have another breafast meat besides sausage like bacon and maybe have melted cheese for the eggs but everyhing else was great. Definately would come back to this hotel.

The only thing i didnt like was that the rooms didnt have a microwave or refridgerator but everthing else was great.

Staff at checkout were excellent,as was shuttle driver.Good location ,easy drive to and from airport.Bed was comfortable and room okay.

Breakfast was poor and staff were in too big a hurry to clear it away before closing time of 8.30,which is too early to close anyway,especially after an early morning flight which was delayed by 2 hours..Non smoking room,but bathroom reeked of smoke.Pillows on bed were too big and bulky.
