The room was pretty noisy, because of what I guess it was the central heating. The fan of the heater was also quite noisy.

Location. Ease of finding the facility. Staff was friendly and responsive to needs and requests. Good customer service interaction. For a value level hotel it was adequate. I was a business traveller so there was some business related items that could improve (electrical outlets, better desk set -up, lighting, business center, etc). The price was a little expensive (150++) for the value received, but it is a vacation area, and it was in season, so I was not surprised. Having to deal with a scratch off card to gain internet access was unnecessary. I have never had to do that before.

The price of the room was cheaper than others in the area. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. What was supposed to be a continental breakfast included cereal, yogurt, bagels, eggs, sausages, muffins, English muffins, coffee, tea, and juice. The various choices would suit anyone. There was a pool, which I did not get to use due to time constraints. I would highly recommend this place. The beach, where one can walk and see boats, and little shops and restaurants were within walking distance. However, booking.com lists a total price, which excludes tax. It actually means that tax is additional. I'd recommend their changing the wording to read, "Additional tax is applied to the total cost of the package." Excluded means just that, not charged. If you are excluded from an event, you don't go. If tax is excluded, it should not be charged.

Lite billigare än andra hotell i närheten. Inomhuspoolen var perfekt för barnen. Plymouth är en underbar mysig stad med mycket historia o väldigt mycket att göra för barnen. Tar c:a 50 min till Boston när det inte är rusningstraffik. Fanns bara frukost på hotellet o den var nästan obefintlig,

I was there for a blizzard and the staff was unbelievable in plowing the parking lot. I left early in the morning and a staff member helped get my car out of the snow, while the blizzard was still going on

La stucture de la chambre est en bois et le plancher aussi;quand on marche ,tout tremble tres mauvaise insonnorisation pas de salle de sport piscine fermée petit dejeuner tres restreint mais surtout le personnel a tout rangé pendant qu 'on etait assis 1/2 heure avant la fin ,on a juste eu le temps d 'attraper quelque chose
