Difficult to communicate wishes or needs with some of staff, they would leave and not return with anyone who could help them understand , so we were left hanging re: request for more towels.
Worst place I have stayed in. Staff very unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. Continental Breakfast was a joke just one small muffin and coffee. Misleading advertising. Will not stay there again. Had to pay extra security deposit making us feel like low class.
The location is great, close to shops, stores and the bay. Not far from the beach.
When we booked the room, it advertised there was a sofa bed, we never thought it wouldnt work, it didnt. When we checked in the front desk only said they could give us a pull out bed, which cut our space in the room almost to nothing, being there was a queen bed, couch and now a pull out bed. Then the first night we go to use the oven and the knob is broke so we dont know what degree the oven is on and we or the front desk had to try 3 different times to get the oven off which made it very hot and dangerous. That put our children and dog in danger. We were told that the mgr would come see us the next morning and that never happened. We never were able to see or talk to the mgr the whole visit. The front desk staff had no cares to do anything to reconcile this horrible experience. The parking lot is horrible small and makes you back out into a major streets very dangerous. The picture they have posted on booking.com of the room, kitchen and property is so way off its not even funny. They have a picture of a brand new kitchen with dark wood and new black appliances, that kitchen has not been new since 1980. And it showed a newer flat screen t.v. that t.v was so old my son couldnt even hook his game console up to play it. This was horrible experience.
