Score from 51 reviews Excellent
Service was amazing and the location was perfect. The resort is incredibly well kept but is showing its age. The two different pool locations was nice. The lazy river area for the whole day and the smaller pool was great for a quick dip. Food near the lazy river was fair if unspectacular.
Beds were a little too firm for us. They were nice beds but probably a 7-8 on a scale of 1-10 for firmness. The resort is showing its age on the exterior. However I appreci that it was very well kept.
Room was very fealty, towels not even white, they were brown, toilet with feces in the toilet seat, room furniture to old, and dirty, SPA room was fealty and a lot dust, the worse the women's bathrooms, has bloody ticks killed in the walls, we reported to the hotel manager, he didnt care, he asked us what we wanted to do, im very disappointed of the hotel condition and the unethical and unprofessionalism from the manager, I will not go back to this hotel, if you need more information please contact me and i will provide you with more details 219 250-1985
the pool area was awesome. food and drinks were good as well.
upon checking in, the guy at the front counter was beyond rude. For starters, he never once made eye contact with me. I had just gotten out of the car from driving through a rain and dust storm at 10:00pm when I asked "just wondering, since I am only here for 2 hours out of this day and wont be able to use the benefits of the resort charge, is there any way I could get a discount on that" and all he said was "nope" and continued to go through the check in process like he was trying to rush and get me out the door. I understand what its like having a bad day, but if youre in the customer service business then you better learn how to have that switch and still be courteous to your guests. That right there put a bad taste in my mouth from the start. Its a shame that a well known company doesnt have better employees.
Clean; very well trained staff knowledgeable and attentive; good location; very nice suite; good cosmetics and refreshments in room; Frigidaire in suite; well maintained pools; beautiful grounds; good parking; spa staff and ambiance.
Confusing days and hours of operating for the shops and smaller restaurants. Suite's living room furniture (couch and chair) could use some cleaning.
We loved the waterfall pool. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The pool waiters would walk by and not look at you or ask you if you wanted anything. One of the bartenders was not a pleasant person.
Comfort and plenty of options and choices in area surrounding location.
Rooms did not have microwaves for purpose of reheating leftovers...
Room was nice.
Bar service at the pool was non existent. Dining facilities were terrible, had to leave property for dinner.
The pools were great and the bed was comfy. Casita was a nice size for the 5 of us.
By the time Saturday came around everywhere was full of drinking adults and there was not any room for our children to swim. Not family friendly.
We likes the comfort of the room
We didn't like that the cabana bars closed so early and that there were always used food trays in the walkways outside room doors
Manny was terrific all staff we talked to or came in contact with at pool were fantastic. Thank you for making our stay for Father's Day amazing. We will be back. :D The Kiebert and Payne family
Room size, and pool facilities were great
Aging rooms and facilities
Other than the 4 roaches we saw on our way to the pool( in the evening) our stay was good. Did not care for the roaches.
noise from the courtyard pool
Tanner the bell boy was amazing! As well as the gentleman whwho valet parked our vehicle.
The attitude of the rest of the staff was as if we were inconveniencing them.
everything was beautiful
unfortunately the mattress was bad for our back
We loved the pool right outside our Casita, if we didn't want to battle for chairs or a spot at the waterpark, we could still enjoy swimming and relaxing in the sun!
The prices in the gift shops seemed a bit high, as did the soda machines outside. I think the staff could have been a bit friendlier to the guests, but overall it was great!
It was a great place for our 2 1/2 year old. The pools and lazy river were awesome. We stayed in a casita and really enjoyed it. The property is centrally located.
Two of the staff: Manny was great! and Joe was helpful too. Appreciated the transport to the recreation area. Comfortable bed, room with windows to both sides of bldg.
Didn't care for the on-site restaurant: limited choices, overly large room with few tables, across entrance & parking lot = not easy access. Staff at the pool/mini golf/etc. didn't tell us all that was available there & how we could make use of the area.
Nice facility, comfortable bed, grounds were nicely landscaped. Rico's was excellent lunch option, waitstaff very accommodating and friendly.
Minimal towels and glasses in the room. When calling front desk it was a long wait to get response. Also when trying to use the zip check out, after 2 attempts with no answer I had to use the Guest Hotline and they connected me to front desk to check out.
The location was very close to freeways
That even being Hilton Honors member we got charged for internet and it only worked in the front room in the bedroom (sleeping area } it was not working When i went to ask the front desk answer was that is how it is
