Mandatory resort fees even if not used
The room was nice and very clean. We enjoyed dinner and the bar. The staff at check in were great. I got coffee in the morning and really enjoyed your person working there. I forgot her name but she was great.
We enjoy the mexican resteraunt and the bar by the adult pool. It was closed and was disappointed.
The Point in Tyme restaurant and bar was awesome! Lots of friendly people and staff and their bartender Chris was probably one of the best bartenders that we have come across. Very friendly, polite and helpful. He showed that he cared about us and his company.
The spa was all about your money and not about being a convenience for you. We received massages the second day but had to cancel later in he trip because of illness. We called one hour after the 24 hour required cancellation notice and they still charged us 50% of the total cost! Also they didn't call us to confirm the appointment until after the 24 hour period was up. The manager of the spa was very unfriendly and seemed put out because I was sick. Would not recommend this part of the resort.
I liked that the staff was professional, and that the appropriate people were brought in promptly to solve a problem. Booking.com confirmed rates and dates, when I arrived there were no records of my reservations. They had two separate confirmation systems that didn't mesh.
That the problem ruined my visit and I ended up paying more than $150 more than what Booking.com promised. If it weren't for the professional staff at the Point Tapitio my vacation would have been totally ruined.
Bar very good. Lovely fresh Tuna and steak meal. Staff pleasant.
Time of year certain things are not open ie main restaurant on top of hill and swimming pool areas.
We booked this hotel because it was the only one in the area available with a suite big enough to accommodate our family.
This place was more like a resort and not family oriented. We didn't feel welcomed and the staff stared at us a lot.
Food in main restaurant came to the table already cold.
While they do tell you ahead of time there will be an $18 extra fee this is really a rip-off for an overnight stay as one is unlikely to use any/many of the facilities covered in this extra charge. Parking was poor at our unit. Room with a view barely met the standard. Restaurant was not open so had to drive elsewhere.
Overall ...very lovely place...
To toilet had a bit of foreign material on seat first day. Just a bit disconcerting makes one wonder about other things that may have been overlooked, only one regular coffee left for two people, We do not use decad
Leaky toilet in room, room was extremely difficult to find, had to wait for a concierge just to find the room b/c the clerk at the counter only provides guest with the room keys. Rooms were old and dated.
The room was nice.
The T.v. did not work. Last visit I had a unprofessional front desk manager that I asked what would he do to make my experience right. He said I don't now. That was unsettling. This time around the front lobby bell boy was rude. Not a good experience. We stay at this location about 6 times a year as this is our mini vacation away from me and my husband busy career, but as soon as we find a better location we will reconsider ever coming back to this 7st location.
Thr grounds, pools including the pooside cafe, clean and comfortable rooms, flat screen tvs, balcony in room, all of the staff was very helpful and very nice. Restaurant on top of mountain had stunning views.
If they provided an airport shuttle that would be nice.
Location Staff Amenities Room Size Resort decor Food
Beds were just okay for such a high-end hotel Bathrooms were less than expected for such a high-end hotel.
Swimming pools facilities and reasonable food prices that didn't gouge guests.
Had to pay for microwave.
I loved everything about my stay at your resort. I haven't felt that relaxed somewhere in years. I would like to extend my gratitude to your wonderful staff, they were over the top in service!
I have no complaints
Crazy weather but thats az for you
What I did like...the location was nice. The beds were super comfy.Falls Village was nice.Breakfast buffet at Pointe in Tyme was good
The property itself really does not have a resort feel, its more like an apartment complex. The parking is horrendous!!We had to circle to parking lot multiple times to obtain a parking space. When we arrived,we found a dated room, with that motel room smell. The carpet in the front sitting room was dirty and frayed at the edges. There was a trail of ants going across the baseboard,up a wall and across the bathroom floor. We contacted the lobby who after 45 minutes sent a maintenance man to look.We ended up having to pack up(with a 2 year old in tow) and move 6 rooms down.We were given complementary breakfast passes for the 2 days that we stayed,as well as 2 coupons for a free coffee or smoothie. The 2 trash cans did not have liners in them...this was the same in both rooms.. call me crazy,if I go to a "resort" I kinda expect little touches like trash bags in the trash cans!!lolMold in bath tub.My first time staying at a Hilton property...very disappointed.Guess I will stick to Marriott next time!
Beautiful landscaping and views.
Smaller pools dominated by romantic couples that made you feel intrusive, Parking horrendous for late night return to room.
If something is wrong with a 30 dollar tab that could be paid on the morning please wait until the morning to call someone. People fly in and they rent a room normally to get sleep. The front desk manager was not helpful as the standard could have been higher as he gave me his card for future issues. What do I do with that? Nothing was done. I will probably never go there again.
comfortable place and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurants on premises.
A little far from the downtown but it's how it's meant.
I booked this hotel because of a family pool they have. I also invited friends to get a room as well. The first night we were there we went straight to our favorite pool and it was closed for a private party. I think it's ridiculous that a hotel would close half of the amenities the guests come for. Especially in the summer in the desert. The least they could have done was warn us and offer a small hotel credit.
The beds are great! With the black out drapes, we slept till 11 am! But with my hilton honors, we get complimentary late check out!
It was a very relaxing environment. My 7year old had a blast with the kids activities. We will definitely return next summer especially with the awesome price of the rooms
The staff was nice.
The parking was a nightmare had to circle aound and aound until someone in a cart told us to park in a fire access curb.Bathroom smelled like mold yuck.We stayed 24 hous checked out a day early. When we came back fom going out their was absoutely no place to park not to mention what a fire hazard that place was checked out.Didn't use facility charged a resort fee.
