Beautiful landscaping and views.
Smaller pools dominated by romantic couples that made you feel intrusive, Parking horrendous for late night return to room.
comfortable place and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurants on premises.
A little far from the downtown but it's how it's meant.
I booked this hotel because of a family pool they have. I also invited friends to get a room as well. The first night we were there we went straight to our favorite pool and it was closed for a private party. I think it's ridiculous that a hotel would close half of the amenities the guests come for. Especially in the summer in the desert. The least they could have done was warn us and offer a small hotel credit.
The beds are great! With the black out drapes, we slept till 11 am! But with my hilton honors, we get complimentary late check out!
It was a very relaxing environment. My 7year old had a blast with the kids activities. We will definitely return next summer especially with the awesome price of the rooms
The staff was nice.
The parking was a nightmare had to circle aound and aound until someone in a cart told us to park in a fire access curb.Bathroom smelled like mold yuck.We stayed 24 hous checked out a day early. When we came back fom going out their was absoutely no place to park not to mention what a fire hazard that place was checked out.Didn't use facility charged a resort fee.
Random Mexicans playing music at the pool and screaming until after 10 pm. Soon as I called the front desk they scattered. Pools are a free for all for anyone in Phoenix to walk up and swim - bring your entire family and have a holiday party. Hated this place.
Wrong room was given. It was dirty and had an odor. The facility has gone down in the last few years. Pool water and pool area is gross.
this time not much we had problems with our room had to change due to booking problems.
bugs in the room, couple "making out " out in the jacuzzi so not comfortable to use .
The front office staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are clean.
The parking at this hotel is horrible. We asked the maintenance guy where building 6 was he pointed "that way" and kept going didn't bother to help us much. The pools are nice but really murky and dirty. The beds are a bit uncomfortable. Other than that it's average and we would probably look for some nicer resort next time.
The only thing I liked about the facility was the location.
I felt that the staff from the bell hop to the front desk were actually rude. We were not greeted in a manner that made us feel welcome at all. As a matter of fact, we changed hotels on our first night and went to Squaw Peak where it was completely the opposite.
Access to multiple pools, taxi/shuttle availability and friendly drivers.
Toilet seat needs to be replaced, grout in bathroom dirty, sink had a slow drain. Pool chairs at small pool across from room were beat up, and the cooldeck was not clean.
The pools were very good and check in and out was fast. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Bed was comfortable.
The room was dated. Sofa was torn and towels also worn and thrown on the bathroom floor. (not hung up) No blow dryer in room. Air conditioner did not work properly. Did not shut off all night and room was warm.
The restaurants were nice.
There were a lot of families w/ multiple children some w/ more than 5 kids. There was also a man screaming at the top of his lungs at 9:00 in the morning fighting w/ someone. The pool side service was not very nice, probably because you were understaffed and it was very busy. We called for transportation to the restaurant from our hotel and no one showed so we walked.
If I played golf or tennis it was readily available.
Hotel is absolutely disjointed. Parking outside the room is unusual and unexplained by staff. Bathroom crowded so much that toilet is slanted to accommodate the door. Food is expensive. Nothing near to do or eat. I wouldn't recommend it.
Amazing resort !
Great place to relax
I don't eat a big breakfast. The buffet was great, but would have preferred to order side orders. However the Continental was over priced for what I ate.
The hotel has a rustic feel to it, good location with excellent facilities. The breakfast was good. The service poolside was excellent and very attentive.
On arrival, we would have liked a little bit more of a tour or introduction to the hotel and its facilities. the hotel is very well equipped but we had to find this out for ourselves. We checked in late however a short introduction to the layout and facilities would have been nice. Breakfast was a tad expensive as were the drinks by the pool.
peaceful. Adult pool. View. Breakfast
Bees in room. Bathroom a bit dirty
The adult pool area
The bees nest outside our balcony-we could not use it!!! And we got charged a 25 dollar fee for leaving one day early. I think not being able to use the balcony-we should be reimbursed 25 dollars a day for that!!
Pools were clean Child friendly Room was very good Best were the views, amazing. Easy to get around
Nothing to dislike. Gorgeous weather fabulous views.
I have been going there for 5 years and they gave me a poor room location overlooking the laundry center and made no attempt to improve it
If you have a room with a good view setting is better than desert resorts of comparable price
Housekeeping a bit lax. After 2 days waiting to see the final bill via email and the credit card charge ... hoping no surprises.
Very nice resort
A lot of uphill walking. Too much walking to get from room to..anywhere. Difficult parking near room.Hard to find room I.e. many roads that look the same!
I loved the Hotel staff, and thank goodness for them! When we arrived we were told that we did not have a reservation! The managed to get us a room at the rate that we booked the hotel.
I don't know if it was a booking.com error or the hotel. But I was very disturbed that we were told our reservation did not exist. What is the process for the communication between this website and the specific hotel. I am tempted NEVER to use booking.com again.
