Lontananza dal centro, anche se ci arrivi in 20 min con la metro

Ottimo hotel. Pulito e nuovo. Personale accogliente, disponibile e sempre efficiente. L'unica pecca è la posizione. La stazione metropolitana si trova a circa dieci minuti a piedi e la linea (g) non arriva a manhattan. Qualsiasi sia la vostra destinazione dovete mettere in contro almeno mezzora di trasporti. Considerando il rapporto qualità/prezzo, però, questo difetto può essere sorvolato. Il quartiere è tranquillo e sicuro. Si tratta di un quartiere abitato da una grande comunità di ebrei hassidici, vi capiterà di incontrarne intere famiglie che passeggiano in giro per le strade anche a tarda notte.

The size of the room is big compared with the standard of Manhattan and the rate was very good for the July high season . The hotel is convenient if you only stay a couple of nights and your departure flight is from JFK. The complimentary wifi connecton is excellent.

The location is not very convenient if you are in town for holiday . The hotel is in the hasidic jews area of Brooklyn so no bars , no restaurants and only one supermarket in the neighbourhood. The nearest train station to reach Manhattan is about 20 minutes far away , there are no NYC yellow taxis around , the hotel can arrange cabs on call but they are rather expensive. The continental breakfast is very POOR and it's served in a very small room on the 5th floor ... only 3/4 small tables !!!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the bed was very comfortable. If I ever go east again, I'll seriously consider staying there again.

I was hoping for a less residential, slightly more commercial neighborhood; that said, I felt very safe.

Thought the staff was exceptionally friendly and very willing to help us with anything we requested. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfotable. I would definately recommend the hotel to other people for a comfortable stay!

I didn't like the bed. It was a king mattress with 2 mattresses put together. It made it really uncomfortable.

Room was comfortable and clean. It was within walking distance to my son's home further north in Williamsburg. I liked that breakfast was offered, even though I was unable to take advantage of it.

While it is probably a very good location for Orthodox Jews, I found the neighborhood to be lacking in shops and restaurants. The bathroom had no countertop to put toiletries while doing hair and make-up.

gave me 4 rooms to choose till i got the room that i was asking for when making the reservations, 1 Room smell from Smoking, in the end i didn't get the Fiture i asked for.they had it in other rooms

Friendly, helpful staff. Close to our Daughter's Appt and the Barclay Center where we were seeing a concert. Nice roomy room for New York at that price range. Clean & Comfortable. We'd definitely stay again.

It's a nice place to just rest your head for a night, but good luck try to get a sound sleep between the traffic noise and housekeeping's vacuuming. The wi-fi service was very weak I was constantly losing service. On top of all I was not able to take a decent shower, the water was just dripping from the shower head

The litter all over the surrounding area. Also, the TV cable was messed up resulting in a very fuzzy picture. Other than that, all was good.

My room was clean, comfortable, and had free wifi. A light breakfast was included in the room-rate. Except on the Sabbath, the hotel ran a free taxi-shuttle to central Manhattan every morning, which took 20 to 30 minutes, and presumably returning by taxi would take something similar. Travelling by subway took up to an hour (starting with a walk of ten to fifteen minutes to the G line stop at Flushing Avenue, and a change to one of the main subway lines at Court Square) which was OK by me; I returned by subway every night and felt safe (the neighbourhood is very Hasidic). The facilities would be particularly suitable for two people wanting to do some of their own catering; there was a small kitchen area in my room (two hot plates, and separate sinks for meat and dairy for kosher reasons, though you would need your own pans and crockery).

It wouldn't suit someone who wanted to have Manhattan on their doorstep, becaused of the time spent travelling there and back, but this didn't bother me.

Room was small but nicely decorated and very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful with directions and transportation. AM breakfast was very good. Excellent coffee. Would definitely stay there again.
