Security, convenience, comfort
Wish I could afford to return more often.
Condo had a great screen porch with a beautiful view of the lake-resort was very well maintained.
Restaurant and lounge were not inviting at all.
Loved Point Royale! Can't wait to return and will definitely book here again. Condo and pool area were awesome!
One of the lifeguards at the pool was rude and disrespectful - constantly on his phone instead of watching swimmers.
Gave us everything we were looking for at a good price. Quiet, close to attractions, plenty of space.
Beds were not all that comfortable and the televisions were outdated.
Size of unit and amenities.
Not close enough to pools.
I like the security of the facility. The location of the property suited our families needs. The staff was very friendly and responsive.
The condo we stayed in was very dated. The finishings were well used.
I loved that the staff was so helpful. Needed a Bar B Q and they delivered one to our apt within minutes. The rooms are very large. We enjoyed the pool, had a great time.
I like everything. Only problem was not having any large pots to boil water. So in all, everything was great!
The condo was so outdated, the only good thing was it had lots of hot water, and we were able to sit outside on the deck. The chairs at the dinning table were stained, recliner had a big rip in the back and was broken down on one side. The kitchen was outdated with limited supplies, pots and pans were old and outdated, they had Teflon missing, and stained. They looked like they needed to be put in the trash! Bedding was outdated, mismatched mattress set. This place is very misleading, if you stay here, please ask for photos and a good description of the unit you are going to be renting, so then you will know what you’re getting into. We could have stayed somewhere a lot nicer for the money we spent to stay here.. Be careful if you book here, I would suggest going somewhere else. Sad that people have to be so misleading… Just be aware…
pool open until 11 so we could have a swim if we came in late not crowded like staying in a motel very nice furnishings clean
sofa bed was uncomfortable sometimes hard to park
Grounds and complex was quiet and clean.
Not much for small children to do except swim.
The condo was out dated.
I liked the fact that eventually I found the place.
I most definitely felt that the property I booked through your website at Pointe Royale Golf Resort in Branson, Missouri was misrepresented by your booking service. I was beyond disappointed - and I have to say - I cried! I'm hoping that you'll take these comments to heart as they are not exaggerated in a way - only a true representation of what the experience using your website created for my trip; which I now refer to as "The Hellish Nightmare in Missouri". 1. At 8.2 miles away from my daughter's camp (Kanakuk - K2 in Lampe, MO) - I felt that Pointe Royale Golf Course would be the perfect place to stay the night before we went back to her camp and collected my sweet girl early in the morning Saturday. As I entered the address into my GPS - the information quickly confirmed your site's distance from camp: 8.2 miles. However, my GPS continued to 'think' and 'calculate'. When it was finished, the 8.2 miles had become 32 miles through winding dark country roads which then took over an hour to navigate. I cannot tell you how stressful that was after the long 8 hour drive from Dallas. My entire reasoning behind choosing this particular place to stay was that the place we found would be close to camp and make life much easier for me both Friday night and Saturday morning. If you tell a traveler/paying customer that a hotel or motel or condo is 8.2 miles away, it needs to be 8.2 miles away. Was this measurement taken as the crow flies? Since I am not a crow, that 8.2 miles away is quite an impractical and misleading statement. For an extra sum could I have bought wings to fly? I think not. This is just misrepresentation in its most pure form. And, after a long day, this winding country road that was wrapped up in the complete and total blackness of a country night was not what I had expected. 2. After we arrived we asked at the front dest if there was any food in the area.
It was an updated condo.
Our condo had a broken water heater. We had no hot water. We got no compensation for this.
The convenience of having all 6 of my family in one comfortable location. We loved being able to have a few meals at home.
The 3 flights of stairs to the condo were a killer for us senior citizens.
Bug crawling on bathroom floor when I arrived No Golf course view as advertised no hot water, I had a 6 minute shower and then it was gone, none for my wife, she was unable to shower
Being able to be together as a family of 8 and in a clean, comfortable, safe place.
The distance from the strip was a little far for me, but my kids liked it .Finding short-cuts was good.
