The pool are with the view of the strip was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. It was a bit difficult to find the correct turn from the strip to the hotel, while driving.

This is a great place for the price. I was able to get a two bedroom for half of what two rooms would cost at a casino. The hotel is right off of the strip and is an easy walk. Cab service at the Polo Towers was also readily available. Many people end up waiting after the 4pm check-in time for their room to be available. I am not sure if it is due to the number of rooms or a lack of staff to clean.

I liked not having a casino in the hotel. I felt safer and it was quieter. Good central location. The staff was super friendly and sincere. I'm a mature woman and I came with my 25 year old daughter. Our coffee maker did not work , it would not heat the water, just a little thing we were ok with it.

I love the convenience in being so close to the strip. The kitchen was great added comfort for my medicine and it's budget friendly to my pocket.

-location -the pool was very relaxing -the hotel had nice touches of luxury to it. -some employees were very considerate -liked the fridge and kitchenette -room was very small -could hear a lot of the conversation from the adjoining room -old style- needs some upgrades -there was a smell to the room, maybe cleaning liquid. I had to open the balcony door to let fresh air in and dissipate odor

The location was excellent checking in and out was prompt and efficient. Room was comfortable and quiet. Great value for money. No provision made for tea drinkers. An kettle to place on a stove was brought in to boil water when we did not have a stove. The situation was never rectified during our stay. Whilst in the jacuzzi on the roof smoke from the smokers was offensive.

comfortable and clean rooms The valet left the lights on in my car and after three days the battery was completely drained. Brian Hill, who heads up the parking service, was very uncivil and initially tried to deny any responsibility. It took four hours to get my car on the road and by then it was 9 PM. The hotel eventually offered apologies but no compensation. They did agree to replace my battery if necessary. Very unpleasant experience.

Staff, bed, balcony, lobby, did I say my bed? The bathroom tile, atmosphere, no casino Tv remote had electrical tape to hold the batteries in, made it a little tricky. The room needed to be vacuumed in the corners, there was an almond under the bed from previous visitor. You need to put a table in the foyer where the elevators are on my end of the building. I had to set my belongings on the floor while I got my room card out of my purse when my hands were full. Poor cell phone reception.

Location is great. Room was recently refurbished. Very nice. Entrance is difficult to locate on Las Vegas Blvd. Signage to parking garage very poor. Security to bldg seemed non-existent. Staff appears to rely on people needing key cards to use elevator as 'security'. Anybody can walk right in off the street into the facility or parking garage. Construction going on east of Polo Towers. Got to enjoy the sound of back-up beeper on heavy equipment in the am, waking me up. No mention of construction when booking room. Also did not appreciate your time-share salesmen talking to prospective clients in the hallway outside my room. People sleep in their rooms! Also, I was disturbed by the concierge with a phone call while I was asleep, apparently to drum up some business. I know where the desk is. I told them when I checked in I would come by if I was interested. You don't need to disturb me.
