Location Staff Friendliness
Next to The Strip. The kitchen, good size. Linked rooms next door with rest of group.
Tucked behind shops, walk down alley to reach strip.
They charge you a $20 per night resort fee..... They don't even clean the room, if you leave anything on the bed they won't make it. This is not a resort. The jacuzzi water is bath temp.
Drain in tub/shower was very slow, must have been clogged.
Location- The hotel is one street back from the strip- so close enough to the action but far enough to allow for peace and quiet. No casino attached to the hotel so no need to walk through smoke filled pokies to get to room- such a relief after realizing that every casino area allows smoking indoors in Vegas which is awful for a non smoker. Arrived at hotel to be told that they needed to move me to a 1 bed suite instead of the booked small room- they were really apologetic which instantly made me think I was about to have to pay more- but when I asked how much extra, they said it was no extra- they just hoped I would be ok with having the upgrade-massive win!!! and they were genuinely relieved that I was happy to upgrade at no cost-huh? who on earth would have an issue with this? apparently quite a few guests have taken them to task previously for a free upgrade- seriously?! Room was fantastic- and HUGE. price is exceptional given the amenities and location. Great little store in the hotel that stocks anything you need- especially great if wanting to grab something to eat without going to find a restaurant. Had nice view from my room and all staff were incredibly friendly.
rooftop pool area is a touch overstated in advertising- still very pleasant but quite small and shallow, so more of a kids pool than anything else.
Roof top pool was lovely, a good price for large room/suite options right on the strip. You don't have to deal with the noise and smoke of the casinos but you're right on the strip in the midst of all the excitement and amenities.
Housekeeping didn't make the bed because clothes were on it and left a note exfoliating that. I've never seen that before... Just nicely relocate the articles of clothing, make the bed and tidy up. Wish room service also included breakfast instead of just lunch and dinner. Not clear signage on where to turn in to property.
Close to the strip! We had adults, early 20’s kids and their friends! The suite was perfect- like having 3 bedrooms!
Mattress on the pullout couch was pretty thin.
Spacious, comfortable, easy access to strip.
Lots of noise from trash collection and workers moving construction stuff.
Central location, clean, comfortable
Close to the strip
Noisy neighbours. Main reason adjoining rooms. Not good when you have a long flight next day without sleep.
Friendly and helpful staff. Suitable shop on site for Breakfast goods.
Being required to go through a Diamond's Promotion on its Worldwide Resorts and seeking you to sign up for a 2 hour session on this BEFORE even getting to your room!
Almost all Casinos were within walking, the free shuttle took care of the rest. Staff excellent, our apartment was great, towels changed daily and bed made, plenty of toiletries, bed very comfortable, pool area good.
They have a very pushy and aggressive sales team, they leap on you as you arrive and then bombard you with phone calls, this is not nice especially after a very long flight and I met several guests who felt intimidated by their approach.
Nice & neat rooms.
Sound insulation of rooms was very poor. Street noise made me sleepless over night.
We paid $100/night in a room categorized as a "suite" that was the smallest room I have ever stayed in! It was awful...the bed folded into wall!! With only 2 of us you could hardly move around!! It was obviously part of another suite! It was horrible..will never stay there again or recommend the property! Stopped in Vegas for a night of fun(close to our anniversary) and was so disappointed!!!
The Location is good for visiting the Casinos but as the Hotel doesn't have its own the atmosphere is much calmer and quieter. The monorail is only a few minutes walk away through the MGM Grand. The in-hotel shop was reasonably priced and stocked.
The air conditioning system seemed very noisy and the waiting time for the lifts was very long sometimes but other than these nothing to compain about
Excellent view lots of ammenities
Price of suites
Cleanliness, well maintained & conveniently located.
Staff approaching me about time share and noise from adjoining units.
to be bothered about timeshares repeatedly!!!!!!!
Murphy bed. Small
Location with very good view ( if you get to stay on the strip side)
Has to switch to another room as the one we were in has broken shower that shoots out water that actually hurts. Water spilled everywhere. They attempt to fix it first rather than offers to switch to another room. After explaining and requesting twice finally got the room switched with $10 gift certificate to shop at their store. But then we noticed the bath towel has blood stain....this hotel sells timeshare, it's not very wise to present their rooms like this to potential buyers
Very nice and luxory clean and large rooms, like a Condo
pillows were comfortable balcony
room was small pull out coach for bed (stubbed toe several times on the pull out leg stands) bathroom small and door was in the way to get in/out no bathtub, Jacuzzi shouldn't call it a suite with pull out bed and no tub, it was like a joke pay for 1$ for coffee, other hotels its free. no room service and had to call to get towels etc, every day toilet paper roll way back on left side, very hard to reach extra blanket was rough not very flexible with check out paper thin walls, heard a lady cough all night slow to check in, took over half hour
Fully functional kitchen, comfortable living space. Roof-top pool. Friendly staff.
Nice place, pictures were accurate.
Problem with booking.com lead to a 3 hour delay in checking in.
