Nice room size and comfortable pillows

Toilet did not flush well. The water-saving feature was practically useless since it had to be flushed twice each time. Noisy a/c interrupted sleeping when clicking on and off. Also too much noise from hallway. Upstairs room sounded like there was construction work being done. Rooms need better insulation.

Convenient we like the total apartment experience

The shop downstairs would not take a card for 2.50 cup of coffee...either, raise coffee to 3.00 a cup or lower the limit to 2.50...ridiculous!

What can I say The Polo Towers was a great location for our trip the staff was amazing and we loved the jet spa tub!

Not sure why they didnt clean the room everyday

Location is very good, you don't need car if you will spent the most time in the strip. The parking is under the hotel, so you don't need walk to much as in the others hotel in the strip. The room size is ok (not big, not small).

The staff offering "time share"; the Murphy bed is not ready to use, because that, I needed some help from the staff.

No Smoking Policy - It's hard to find a place in Vegas that doesn't smell like smoke.

The members were able to get a great deal a few years ago now being a member doesn't get you any better of a deal and in fact it was worse than booking through an outside source.

It was fine but I was disappointed everything cost such as the gym and internet. Great location on the strip. We were able to walk everywhere. The studio is rather small but it was just two of us so we made it work. Clean and the staff was great. Pool and jacuzzi was good.

The room was recently refurbished was very clean and everything new modern and comfortable didn't hear a sole it was like we were the only ones there , wonderful big soaking tub, nice flat screen tvs. In the heart of strip.

The room was a bit cramped for the price, and I wasn't a huge fan of the $250 hold on my credit card.

Very well-appointed rooms. The kitchen had all the amenities one could want (down to the measure spoons!!!) and wonderful Cuisinart appliances and great pots, pans, and cooking utensils. I just wish they had single cup brewers that use K-cups so I could have my hazelnut k-cup or other flavor coffees. The hotel-provided coffee was terrible; however, I have myself to blame as we stopped at Whole Foods on the way in and I forgot to get coffee and tea, (I'll remember next year). The beds in both rooms were exceptional and we slept like babies except for the trash collectors and dump trucks that made lots and lots of racket right outside our rooms 2 mornings during our stay sometime between 5:30 and 6:30!! (That's actually illegal here in Lincolnshire, IL). The linens were just the right added touch to make our sleeping so wonderful. Our rooms were quiet and very private. The hotel was perfectly located; however, many of us who stayed at the hotel would have benefitted greatly by being part of the shuttle bus system arranged by CES (and, I'm sure funded by the hotels and CES). Perhaps 2013 will see this change as I've already made reservations for CES 2013 at the Polo Towers.
