Very good service at the Front Desk.

Staff was helpful and accommodating when we asked for a room change due to a noisy air conditioner unit.

The Tapas bar closed early so we were unable to get a bite after the Ray's game unless we went to the main restaurant.

The hotel is cute and comfortable for a short stay. Location is great! Character of the building is wonderful.

Cleanliness and maintenance need more careful attention. Would be nice to have more than 1 chair in room. Hard to tolerate unreliable hot/cold water and iffy cleaning for more than 3 nights. Staff all seemed to be new hires or did not speak English well.

The room decor was very cool and contemporary. Roomy and comfortable with good lighting, comfortable temperature. Nice mini-fridge with bottled water. Great location!

Not set up well for the business traveler. Spotty wireless service in the room. I had to leave the building to be able to connect to my workplace and do my work.

In the middle of everything! Great staff - friendly and helpful! We loved Ceviche Rest. Did all our dining there except for breakfast. Nice beds; quiet and clean. I hope to be back with my husband to explore more of St. Petersburg! Thank you!

Difficult for my friend who is handicapped. Her walker did not fit thru bathroom door. However, we were told at the time of booking that there were no handicap rooms due to the landmark designation of the building.

My wife and I were up most of the night because of the lumpy Springee mattress--- The hotel elevator was extremely slow. Very noisy and unproductive air conditioning. Price much to high to value. Parking was difficult with bags to unload and load.

The bathroom was extremely small and very dark. The water pressure was terrible! The noise from outside on the street was extremely loud! The bed was hard and I would'nt recommend this hotel to anyone!!! I would'nt let my dogs stay there!!!

This is a cool boutique hotel. I enjoyed the unique rooms and the overall interior design.

This appeals to a more eclectic crowd. I loved this hotel, almost art-deco South Beachy. My boss was traveling with me though and did not find the uniqueness of it to his liking. The elevator was pretty slow as well.

shower door low .more water useing out of the connection to the wall than through the shower head .No shelf place to put anything in the shower.

Rooms were not good and hallways were narrow and dark.

I love the old building and the upgrades. It makes me happy that they kept a nice old building and didn't bulldoze it to make another cookie- cutter hotel. Ceviche restaurant was absolutely delightful! The best tapas this side of Spain!

No 1 air conditioner was very noisy and room was very warm room 401 No 2 very loud in room next to us at12:30 A.M. ruined our evening,It went on for all night.Somebody should check every hour for this. I feel we should a certificate for a another stay.We were celebrating our 52nd Ann. And this was not pleasant night.When we come back we will stay there again.

Historic hotel at a great location!

It was a bit tight for 3 adults and 2 little kids. We also thought we had a bit more of a kitchen.

Location was great.

Reservation was for two beds. Second bed was nothing more that fold out couch. Room ammenities were limited and are what I would consider to be cheap. Tv channels were limited, in particular, no espn. The bottom line is that the limited time that was spent in the room, we were never what I would consider "comfortable".
