Very nice. Super great person running it. Was really a quaint place.

Folks upstairs walking around at 4:30 a.m.! Not super sound proof, but it's an older building so it's to be expected.

Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and had nice décor.

It was difficult to get into the car park because of the one way system.

great small locally owned hotel with an old time feel. cozy rooms with comfortable beds, owners who make the guest feel like they care about you willing to out of their way to accommodate you. highly recommend a stay with them, and the price was rite for 4.

If you are travelling on a budget, the facility has a built in kitchen which allows you to make some simple meals in your room which given the cost of dining in Jackson Hole is a nice option.

Our particular room had a sagging floor in a couple of spots. It had an odd odor the first night we were there, but was fine the second night. No in room hair dryer which would be nice, since I didn't pack one.

I was traveling with my whole family (two little kids). The two bedroom suit meet all my requirements--fully-equipped kitchen, two comfortable queen size beds in separate rooms, a spacious living area and a balcony. Everything was great. The location is also good, about 3 minutes drive to town square.

Everything about this property! Beautiful grounds, cozy room, friendly staff. Great value! I'll be back if I ever get a chance.

The simple fact that I had to leave and make my way home.

Two deck beds for my two children, which my children love the most.

Very close to the road side, very noisy in the evening. Location is in quite outskirt of Jackson.

We were kept awake both nights/early am by excessive activity in the room above which we suspect was a catering operation. Despite our complaint after the first night, the excessive walking back and forth on the creaky floor above kept us awake beyond 12pm. In the bedroom next door the kids were awakened by sound of rushing water both nights. For $376 per night in the condo unit coupled with location on busy hwy outside of walking distance from Jackson town center this was overpriced.

    Clean, friendly staff!

Difficult to see from the road especially at night. Wooden toilet seats....cracked/splinters- not fun!

The full kitchen was a real help and the bathroom was very clean. Staff was nice, pool was pleasant.

The only thing that wasn't great was no hairdryer in room and location was slightly difficult. Otherwise enjoyable stay.

Staff was wonderful and place was nice. Liked having kitchen. Bed was super comfy.

The rooms are older and somewhat remodeled. Because they are older a few things didn't work well like light switches and doors were hard to unlock.

Been traveling for 2 weeks. Pony was the cleanest place we stayed. Even tho it is located on a busy street, there really wasn't any noise. Close to the beautiful mountains and to the downtown area. The owners were wonderful people. Very helpful in helping us decide where to go.

It was pretty spendy but everything is in that area.

Kids loved the bunk beds. The place had a brand new refrigerator and microwave oven. The place was older, but it was much nicer than I thought it would be and it did not have an "old" smell that some older hotels have.

    Not really anything...

Staff was super friendly and gave us information about the area, how to get downtown and walked us to our room. Beds were comfortable and the linens were quite nice.

It's not right downtown so you either need to drive or take the bus, which while awesome that it is even offered, only seemed to run every 30 minutes.

I liked the atmosphere in the hotel. The lady at the check-in was a person you won't forget. Nice, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Good ole country breakfast just up the road in the next town toward the tetons.

The price. I understand that this hotel only has a short time to make their annual earnings but I think the price is above reasonable.
