The staff is very friendly. This isn't our first time here n won't be our last
That its not very updated
The room was clean and the night attendant was really nice. The checkout clerk was slow and took forever to check out with 2 people inline! Overall the room was comfortable and clean. Great last minute place to stay.
The floors creaked a lot when walking around in room! And took forever to get room cool.
The room smell mold the small feidge water spilled
Its room ac was not cool down room, servicing was bad,its location very good, but management have to give lot more customer care nd room service, can make it a good motel
I reserved my room online. I got to the hotel rang the door bell to the office waited 10mins & no one showed up. The hotel looked sketchy from the outside. They were moving a bed into a room & dragging it on the wet pavement. So I got in my car & left.
location, friendly attendants, fair price,
noise, people standing talking in front of their room and in the parking area until late at night. cramped small breakfast area and not enought food choises.
Dingy pillowcase. Waited almost two hours for an ironing board. Breakfast area dirty. Found waffle iron with dried batter on the edges. We checked in about 3:30pm.
the location was great for what I was doing. very quiet which was great.. staff was very friendly.
Good price, excellent location, pretty staff, clean room
The breakfast was not very various: pancake or cornflex Sometimes there were loud car noises from parking zone
Location to ballfield
Very uncomfortable beds and noisy beds!!!!
Location is fine.
I think price is a bit high than I expect to pay. Lower price is needed to people on business trip
good bed, no stairs
noise in mourning
Friendliness of front desk!
had trouble getting Wi Fi on arrival. Didn,t like the way the desk was set up as when someone was sitting at it you couldn't get through to the bathroom! Chair was to big.
I felt safe!!! The people their where very nice.
The Wi-Fi went out for a day, and the toilet in my room broke at 3:00am and no one could fix it till after I left in the morning. The next night when I came back it worked but broke again when I flushed it the first time at 6:15pm and stayed broken till I checked out to go home the next day.
Old, outdated, loud neighbors. This is a Motel not a hotel. Connected as if they were trailers.
Rooms were great and a nice location. Staff friendly and professional.
Breakfast area was really small and hard to maneuver. A little over priced.
the staff were very courtious
I didn't like the people staying in the room next to me that watched TV until 2:30 am every morning
Hmm, I guess honestly I really didnt like anything. hmm i take it back, the staff was prompt and friendly, thats about it.
I didnt like that the ac didnt work,i had to have them come in for about an hour or so as they replaced it 2 or 3 times finding a working one. wifi optional is a joke, as I didnt have internet wired or wireless until my 2 day stay was mostly over, i added breakfast which no where in their office or on the website said was 7-930, i mean seriously whos up that early if your on vacation ? i could understand 1030 as most food places stops breakfast around then. there was a weird smell like the room had been bug bombed recently and not given time to air out. the bath/shower tub felt like if i stepped on it the wrong way I would fall through. for 212 for 2 nights I think is a bit expensive for what I had to put up with. i could see 150 after tax for that, but 212 seems a bit over priced when I could stay for the same cost at a place with much better service
Clean and rooms were painted nice. Rooms were clean, but windows smeared. Possibly from having pets allowed. Just need to be sure windows are cleaned. Otherwise room was clean.
Didn't know it was pet friendly.

Poor breakfast run out of things
Location / clean bed
Run down facilities
It was cheap.
This hotel may have had water damage or something. The smell of mold was unbearable. We walked in, then walked right back out. Went to the store and bought some Febreeze and Damp Rid which helped a lot. The "Continental Breakfast" Consisted of waffles or cereal. Period. It was worth passing.. Next time I will spend the extra ten bucks for a clean place instead of ten bucks buying air fresheners! The bathroom door would not close from it being swollen and the walls in the bathroom actually looked like poop was smeared on them but at a closer look it was just the brown swirls in the marble like design. I won't be back.
Location only good thing
Fridge not frost free-full of frost - leaking - dirty wash cloth, dirty pillowcase - filthy floor - cover on h/a unit not attached - poor breakfast menu - coffee tasted like expresso - we thought we had made reservations at the NEW Knights Inn!
