Convenient location. Very helpful staff.
The rug and thus room was a bit suspect.
very clean, pretty decent size room, reallllly nice bed, big shower, generally very ncie place, would definitely stay again.
heaters were a bit odd...very loud, wouldn't heat slowly, just let the room cool and then went on like crazy for 5 minutes, then off for an hour etc... but that's not a big thing
There is a bus stop to downtown outside.
Wee were given a smoking room despite specifying beforehand that we wanted a non-smoking room. The staff simply blamed booking.com for the apparent mix-up, which sounded like a common problem here. The staff were generally unhelpful with one being astounded by our request to order a cab to the station for our departure on the last day. Grotty carpets, and our bags still smell of smoke a month later!
Clean, simple room. Bed was large and not hard.
Much farther from airport than I expected. The damn cab fare costed almost as much as the room !
The pool was a refreshing treat after a very long day. The location was ideal for the activities we had planned and close to restaurants and stores we used while there.
We traveled for 6 hours and went to check in but didn't have a room available which wasn't a problem as the desk clerk confirmed my cell number assuring me she would call as soon as they had one clean and available. We patiently waited 3 hrs and my nieces had to use the bathroom so we went back into the office and was told we couldn't use a bathroom. We walked down the road and used the restroom at wendy's. A couple more hours went by and I noticed a couple unloading their bags and head into a room. At that time, I went back into the office and asked about our reservation and she told me she forgot about us (even though we tried asking about using the restroom) and would let us know as soon as a room was available. About half an hour later, we finally got into a room exhausted after driving several hours and waiting in our car several more hours just to get into a room that was prebooked online. It was myself, 4 kids and 2 dogs. We had better courtesy from the other guests at the hotel as they noticed us waiting: offering us water, coffee, juice, etc.
The staff and location. Great facility
Booking put us in smoking and I wrote notes it was for no smoking. If please review it please.
Next to a strip club
My room smelled like cat piss.
Staff- she was really nice & helpful
Rooms, everything in the rooms... We walked in & it smelled like weed & smoke. It was horrible. Could not change rooms because it was the last double bed room that they had. Felt bad & uncomfortable staying & sleeping on the bed breathing the air in the rooms. Big yell
location pool staff
dog smell in room.
Very quiet, and cozy in my room, and the staff was great from the ladies who cleaned my room to the ladies down in the office.
Shower is way to small, tv to small, and not enough channels.
Reception brought me a new key
First key didnt work.
Wifi charged 3$ for 1 day
I use a cpap machine when I sleep an I got 2nd degree chemical burns in my throat because of the stuff used to clean the room
The price and pet friendly.
Bedding, shower, no fridge
Location was good for me(close to Reed College) Mistakenly got a smoking room and it smelled bad. It was clean, comfortable and affordable
No tub No hair dryer No shampoo
Close to where we needed to be.
It was very noisy at night with people talking, yelling, cars in and out. It wasn't addressed.
everything was good
Lots of noise all night long on Friday & Saturday nights, in the parking lot & motel guests coming & going & slamming doors etc. until 4 a.m.
It was clean and the beds weren't hard. Pretty good price.
The walls were too thin and you could hear everyone's conversations all night
room too small, no fridge or microwave. cable tv wouldn't come in, bad picture and static.
It was close to the Shriners Hospital, which is where we needed to be the next morning
The WiFi.... It's very unfair that you require patrons to pay per device when it is not clearly stated on the information page of your advertisement especially when most other hotels/motels the WiFi is free!!!!
How friendly Vicki the front desk clerk was. Super nice !
The rooms were not very sound proof. Could hear traffic outside.
