Nice room, lot of Space. Nearby the Max to visit Portland
Breakfast was poor The fridge and ventilation in the bathroom they both make a lot of noise
Price Location to highway Decent wifi connection
Everything in the room has absorbed the smell of smoke. The smell gave me a headache and made me feel nauseous.
condition of hotel
we were visiting our daughter and family and needed a quiet time for sleeping and rest.
we liked every thing.
Getting checked in was a night mare, girl had no idea what she was doing!
Value for money good for an overnight stay bed is comfortable
Bathrooms look dirty because the doors are marked, however painting them would fix this breakfast is very basic. No where to eat this p
Very clean and child friendly. In a great location walking distance to where ever you need.
You can't check in earlier then 3. I got there around 1 pm and had to wait 2 hours to check in. Should at least be able to check in by 1:30 or 2.
Got a value deal for one night. The room was alright for one night stay. Wifi worked.
Breakfast options are less to none. Old TV too small to enjoy watching anything on it.
Close to Max trains - easy access to town. Restaurants and Target nearby
For the price, I can't fault it
The rooms were tidy, and the staff seemed nice. It's about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the MAX, so pretty easy to get downtown (MAX takes about 30 mins to get downtown)
Breakfast was basically some muffins or cinnamon rolls. With coffee or juice. Wifi was not the most consistent, but it did work most of the time.
It was clean and cheap place
It was far away to everything, without the car difficult to reach
The value. Breakfast is decent. Friendly staff.
In the corner, a lamp was connected to electrical outlet by twisting wires together and wrapped only by electrical tape. Even worse, that was in the smoking room so therefore, if a fire started, smoke
The breakfast is essentially packaged muffins or Danish .
Location was fine
Room smelled like someone just finished a pack of cigarettes in fact there was cigarette butts on the floor of the room that must have been missed them cleaning I guess I should not have looked down. Get someone that cares you are there at the front desk and have non smoking rooms (at least they did not ask) and it would be a fine place to stay
comfy bed fridge in the room spacious book online for lower rate than walk-in
a bit out of the way if you don't drive
Were given a better room because they were slighlty overbooked
Kinda far from downtown
The outside looked decent. Pics are deceiving.
This was like a comedy show. We arrived and our refrigerator had blood in it so we asked for another one. They brought it m but the maintenance guy said "it's just blood from meet. What's the problem." Motorcycle gang stopped by with little sleep for them us. No Wi-Fi at all. Our pillow cases were Brown. This place is a Joke! Go to the Ramada next door!!!! Please!!!!!!!
Manager Rude Breakfast horrible Room Hot
how close it was to the hospital
nasty bedding, curtains, sketchy people. staff. I only stayed here because it was close to the hospital. The free breakfast was plastic wrapped pastry or blueberry or chocolate muffins. Person who was clearly the owner was rude. He never spoke to you when you walked into the lobby only glared. One evening I came back to find the red light flashing on my phone. tried several times to call the office always busy, finally I walked to the lobby to ask if I had a message? The man behind the desk said I was going to send you a message but I'll clear it. I asked what was the message? He said never mind??? Creeped me out. People were fighting outside my room in the middle of the night. Don't go here unless you absolutely have to.
The fridge was so noisy I woke up every hour from it.
The motel was fairly close to the MAX line, which is why I booked with them in the first place. Also I liked how close it was to the freeway, and how easy it was to leave town. The price was good, and it was within walking distance to some good restaurants. .
I felt that the staff was quite indifferent. The maid failed to leave us any bath towels, and I had to go to the office to get some. Also, when we asked for directions to the nearest MAX station, we were directed to one 8 blocks away. Later we found out there was one much closer just beyond the adjacent mall. Also the furniture was old and worn. I probably would not stay there again, but I would recommend the motel to those who are just passing through due to the low price and proximity to the freeway.
Very pleasant & helpful staff. Good accommodations.
Internet access and good access to public transit, plus the tile bathroom, thick curtains to block out light. A functional ac
Bed semi lumpy, smoke detector looked tampered. A broken shower rod, noisy neighbors after midnight and no screens on the windows. Strip club near by.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was really good for both shopping AND most important for us, it was near the light rail system.
Great price, friendly staff, easy on-off for getting to Columbia River Gorge.
