Wasn't a real "continental breakfast" as advertised.
spacious - clean - very comfortable bed staff very friendly and helpful
rather dated inside. the location was not that great. we chose this place because of its proximity to a mall but ended up going across town to a larger mall, which was a 30 minute drive.
The front office staff was great. Very helpful.
The location is not the best...our room was pretty run down...only slept on top of the bed with my own blankets.
Only time will tell if the hotel owner and staff will be able to keep it as a nice / cheap hotel with the comings and goings of colorful characters. Recent remodel makes this hotel a *great* value, but...
...with it being so cheap, it attracts a questionable clientele. Also, there was a police raid of a house across the street while we were there.
wifi is a joke - my 3G worked faster. Breakfast is also poor. Had bedbug bites after staying there.
We were looking for a one night stay and the price was affordable.
You should have coupon for returning guess
The smell of the room. Dirty towels in the bathroom, dust. The bathtub had mold.
Restaurants are close by.
I didn't see much, we came in late and left early.
I like the location. They are walking distance to THE BEST steak house in Portland, Saylors' Country Kitchen! Also, about 10-12 blocks to a shopping mall, Kohl's, Ross, etc...
the only rooms they had left were smoking...when I returned home everything in my suitcase reaked of smoke!
Night manager rude did not apologize. Loud voices outside all night. Blanket was like steel wool. TV was blurry it stopped working in middle of night. I was afraid all night. This is a dive.
The service is always great and you can't beat the location.. near so much shopping and about 10 minutes to downtown.
It is kind of in a weird neighborhood and there can be some strange people walking around but never felt unsafe.
The staff was extremely nice even allowing us to check in early. The location near all kinds of shopping, eating and enjoyment.
This place is great for dog owners and cat owners. They don't barge into your room to check on you or clean daily. Privacy for you and your animals. Extended stay drwam, great bed and space to stretch out.
I requested a room in the second floor and I was able to sleep very well.
The outside halls are dirty( people drop coffee or drinks) they need to clean up.
clean friendly staff nice amenities
no microwave in unit far from Portland downton
The room was attractive.
Way to far from the airport.
I really like the evening front desk gentleman he was very polite n respectful. I checked in about 7.00 pm for my boss.
Housekeeping did not change the bedding and Wi Fi did not work night front desk said he ll reset the pass word which never happened .
Across the road from mall 205 with restaurants and fedex Walking distance to 2 tram stops
Wi fi can be unavailable sometimes
No wifi at all, continental breakfast was okay, no tv channels, tv needed to be replaced, no water pressure at all, so taking a shower was a challenge. No screen on windows. Other than all the negatives, the staff was nice.
Breakfast wasn't even breakfast was a muffin and that's all.
room a little smelly
Even Though the Inn was right next to the 205 freeway, the traffic noise was very minimal. Big Plus! The beds were clean and comfortable. The towels were quite large. The Max line was only 2 0r 3 blocks from this location.
Unfortunately, there was no grab bars in the bath, shower area. Even just one would be appreciated and very much safer for older and or unbalanced people.
It was close to where we needed to be.
My husband fell in the tub trying to take a shower. He hit is back onto the toilet (moved the toilet approx. 2 inches). He ended up near the door to the bathroom with his head. One should not take a shower in one of their rooms.
