The breakfast is essentially packaged muffins or Danish .
Location was fine
Room smelled like someone just finished a pack of cigarettes in fact there was cigarette butts on the floor of the room that must have been missed them cleaning I guess I should not have looked down. Get someone that cares you are there at the front desk and have non smoking rooms (at least they did not ask) and it would be a fine place to stay
The fridge was so noisy I woke up every hour from it.
The motel was fairly close to the MAX line, which is why I booked with them in the first place. Also I liked how close it was to the freeway, and how easy it was to leave town. The price was good, and it was within walking distance to some good restaurants. .
I felt that the staff was quite indifferent. The maid failed to leave us any bath towels, and I had to go to the office to get some. Also, when we asked for directions to the nearest MAX station, we were directed to one 8 blocks away. Later we found out there was one much closer just beyond the adjacent mall. Also the furniture was old and worn. I probably would not stay there again, but I would recommend the motel to those who are just passing through due to the low price and proximity to the freeway.
Very pleasant & helpful staff. Good accommodations.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was really good for both shopping AND most important for us, it was near the light rail system.
Great price, friendly staff, easy on-off for getting to Columbia River Gorge.
The room was clean and nice. It was good value for the $. I also like being close to the max lines. The neighborhood was alright.
I think it is better to include wifi free even if you up the price a bit. Also, kids were noisy at might. Soundproofing would go a long way.
Good location for local Mall and resturants Fairly clean
Phone call from staff at 3am to ask us if we had booked another room for the following night??! Lady spoke to me like it was the most normal thing in the world to call at that time. Kitchen facilities in the room but no utensils or pans of any kind. TV remote didnt work. Breakfast not great.
Room was in excellent condition. Tv had hdmi port to watch Netflix from my computer. Also had refrigerator and microwave. I'd definitely stay here again.
Bit of a walk to the nearest max station. This was ok during the summer, but I think it might be a problem when its raining a lot. Only about $8 for the cab ride to the Red Line to get out to pdx though. Neighborhood was a bit iffy.
Noisy - close to main road. Staff do not make beds they just throw covers over the bed.
My husband had to fix the shower!
Forced me to smoking room, poor breakfast, shower water suck!!!never come back againT_T
Easy access to highway
Cigarette burns on bed sheets of non smoking room.. Very poor cleaning. Stains on everything. Very ghetto area. Uncomfortable beds. Noisy ac. Overall a very unpleasant stay. Sure, it's cheap but still not worth it. Would never stay there again, don't recommend it to anyone.
Hole in carpet, holes in couch, plugs don't have charge, dirt in bed, molding tub grip, stained walls, stained towels, customer service at desk was no help, overall a gross stay
lots of noise shouting music tv-- awful breakfast- better too sleep in car on highway
Went down for a bachelor party. Extremely easy walking distance to two different clubs.
A search parameter was free breakfast. There were a few muffins, and that's all.
CLOSE TO I-205.
NOTHING-IT WAS ALL GOOD!
Room and bathroom was good and quite. For the money it was a nice stay and I will recommend to others.
I asked for a non smoking room and they provided me a smoking room. It was really hell for the initial couple of days because of the smoke smell. AC was making little more sound, but adjustable.
The professional team work of the staff that showed up and cleaned the room was good. When I informed them of a problem with the cleanliness of the room Aleah, Lily and Dipak worked together to professionally correct the issue.
Paula the front desk person did not show up nor call off on the day I checked in and this effected the cleaning staff's ability to clean the room I stayed in.
fast wifi, good cable programs, friendly staff comfortable 8-minute walk to number 15 bus which would take 45 minutes to the city with only 5-dollar daypass. Malls near the hotel. Fair size pillows
very limited light in the room very limited food choices for breakfast, a bit loud air-conditioner, sunken bed no microwave owen in the room, must do down to the lobby room to use it
The room was dirty. The front desk staff was unhappy to be there and very uninformative! The breakfast sucked whrn there was any left!! Cold shower every morning!!
Shabby, smelly room.
The location and room were great, and the price I was able to get through Booking.com was great.
It seems like the staff wasn't well training. When I arrived the receptionist, who was very sweet and all, said that although I reserved the room for 2 nights the person who entered the reservation in the system only put in one night and they were full the next day. She said this happens a lot and I might check the next day to see if there were any cancellations. The next day I had to be somewhere pretty early so packed up and then checked to see if they had a cancellation. There was a different receptionist on in the morning and she looked and said that I was fine and had the room for another day, but the first receptionist only charged me for one day. She then tried to charge me, but her credit card machine didn't work. By this time I was running late but she kept trying it and it seemed like she didn't have a clue how it worked. Finally I had to leave and told her I'd drive back to pay after my meeting. I'm not sure if one problem was related to the other but both receptionists were quick to point to other staff as not knowing what was going on. My suspicion is that both needed additional training and not be so quick to blame their fellow staff members.
