The customer service was the best I've had at a hotel in a long time.
Parking prices ($35/day for valet, $19/day for garage) are steep. And the street parking is a 90 min limit.
The staff was wonderful at the front desk. Very accommodating and friendly and serviceable given the situation I was in. I had to evacuate my condo due to flooding during Christmas holidays.
Always love the bed and pillows, good tv choices. Reason we select Marriott.
Dated hotel, hope the remodel helps. Expensive parking
The lady at the restraunt even opened up after it was closed to get us a snack !! Wow!! She is Awsome !!!!
The rate was outrageous;(
Every thing were good. close to most emportant places. .
Wifi must be free. We're in 2015. Parking was expansive; however, that was clear to me.
Good location and nice view of the waterfront.
The cost for a room of this quality wasn't worth it.
Front desk staff was the most unfriendlyi have ever encountered. Not helpful, rude, and generally unwelcoming.
Ok view, great pool and gym.
They said they had breakfast and they did for 20 bucks a plate. Will not be staying there again.
I arrived early in the day......before the check-in time at 4pm. The staff accommodated me and found me a room. I will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it.
Close proximity to LRT. Excellent restaurant Truss. Excellent staff all around!
Double beds? Are you kidding me? I thought it was a misnomer! There was room enough to put 2 queens in the room, so just do it! We're small people, but that was just ridiculous trying to stuff 2 adults into a double bed! I felt like I kept migrating toward the centre & couldn't sleep normally, just awful!
Location with nice view of Waterfront. Quality toiletries Very courteous staff
Parking options are $35/night vallet or $19/night in a public lot a block away.
Hotel was lobby was nice and friendly hotel staff.
Room/bathroom was small. Went to the hotel lounge for happy hour the waitress we had was rude. We ordered an appetizer two beverages never received our appetizer.
The location was good.
Staff was hurrying us out of the bar area due to a small party that was being held in there. Rude! Didn't like being charged 3 times for 2 rooms and not being refunded.
Liked having the ironing board and iron. The bed was very comfortable and the view of downtown was very good.
The comforter on the bed was too heavy. Had to turn on the air conditioning in December. Should provide a blanket in the closet for those that want to sleep cooler - with a little more than a sheet.
valet staff was very helpful, friendly location was great Nice gym, comfy bed
they didn't have the reservation though I brought confirmation email with me it was a bit of a process to get a room. The room and bathroom were tiny and the "city view" was the parking lot. Thin wall and door to the room next to us had some loud occupants
Everything about this hotel was just perfect. We have stayed in Marriott Hotels in the UK and have always been very happy with the service and facilities. The Downtown Waterfront in Portland lived up to our high expectations.
Beautiful view of the river. Walking distance to downtown but a long hike for young children.
If you want to be downtown, too far away. Parking is expensive at hotel.
The pillows looked amazing and fluffy, but its like they completely deflated once you laid on them. Other than that we had a lovely experience.
The bar at night.
The prices at the buffet.
Clean, great service
Staff room spacr
I loved the Hotel itself Indoor Pool
Expensive Parking Food/Drink Prices too high
I love the location. I didn't have to drive. The staff went out of their way to help, and were attentive to everyone there. The pool and fun area very nice and clean.
I didn't like that I had to pay $35 per day to park my car at the hotel on top of paying a heathy price for the room.
Great gym. Bananas and water were great.
The coffee I had ordered from room service was awful! And not hot.
We were very disappointed hotel stuff wouldn't let us rent their bikes, because of the rain forecast. Living in Vancouver B.C. rain is part of our lives and I don't find Portland any different.
