Staff are friendly and nice!
Maid didn't make our bed . She/he put new towels. I see sign of vendor then there are nothing snack or soda machines:(. No wifi free. No breakfast. With that cost 80 per night.
good location off the highway and cheap
more like an empty college dorm than a hotel room
walls, ceiling texture, overall looks of the site, cheap finishes
The "non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The furnishings were abysmal. No shower stall, floor therefore flooded, noisy, a very minimal room
Room still smelled like a smoking room, The telephone was not working. No rugs on the floor. Side chairs were wooden and uncomfortable. Lighting poor.
it appeared to be a safe place
the amenities went to the dogs... no shampoo, no dryer, no clock/alarm, no décor, no carpet but.....they accept pets.
room was ok to sleep for l night if price is the major consideration
no microwave or fridge
Shower was broken couldn't use it. Room smelled of old cigarettes. No one apologize about shower. Bed are uncomfortable.
The room was very clean
Walking into a smokey smell in the lobby. I also felt like I was living with some homeless people. There could have been a reading lamp and a more comfortable chair.
I liked the wood floors i/s of carpet. Very bright and roomy and clean. Continental breakfast available with room.
Staff could not be faulted. A walk across the street from shopping and restaurants.
Smell; halls, stairway and the room itself.
friendly and courteous staff, and people in the surrounding areas stress free experience with everyone I met during my stay in portland
barking dogs , minor allergies like sneezing during check out from coming into contact with dogs
Good deal on the room.
Trash truck arrived at 2:39 AM and emptied the dumpster that sits adjacent to the motel. When I mentioned it to the desk clerk at 3am he took time away from his tv viewing and said....and I quote, "yeah...so". Management CAN AND SHOULD prevent the trash company from emptying the dumpster at 2:30 in the morning.
Had to pay for wi-fi
clean and convenient. bathroom updated.
very basic. furnished like a dorm room. nothing on walls.
The staff were friendly, as were the people of Portland.
The cover up smell hit you as you hit the door, hallways in bad shape. Impressed with the room at first very sparse, looks like renovations is taking place. Bathroom was clean modern, however in the morning there was no hot water ice cold and the tolit blocked, almost ran over. I just left without a shower or really cleaning up.
$2.99 extra to use wifi and only one gadget/person at the time. The room was freezing, depressing, dark. Had to ask for another blanket. 2 beds were suppose to be queen size, but they were full size. When i asked the front desk, she said they are "mini queen". What?! Mattresses are too soft, too old. No carpet, fridge, any amenities. Bathroom has sink and bathtub, that's it - no space to put anything. We stayed there for one night and i couldn't wait to get out of there next morning. We were desperate for one night stay and money played the big role in the decision. But i would never consider this motel for longer.
dead bugs everywhere, stained bedding, missing door knob to bathroom, price, smelled like wet dog
The room was clean.
No shampoo or conditioner. Not even available at front desk! We host an Air BnB at our home. The price is 80.00. We guve alight breakfast and bath necessities. Your room was worth no more then 50.00 dollars to me. Way over priced! I like your commercilas but I don't think that you are giving what you advertise. I will not stay at a Motel 6 again!
It was a pet-friendly hotel, and it definitely smelled like it.
Plenty of free parking
Lots. First, they couldn't give us the room I thought we booked. Then when we got in the room, the bathroom flooring was lifting due to a recent flood (hopefully not the toilet). Then there were little flying bugs all over the mirror in there. I think they had something to do with the flood. Found a silverfish on the bedroom floor. On checkout the guy at the counter never got up off his chair and just grunted something. Do not waste your money here no matter how desperate you are. The management obviously does not care.
