Had my first massage at spa. His n hers massage. Very nice
Noises from chamber & maintenance staff banging carts and laughing in the spa area. Made me feel uneasy, tense while lying on massage table
Enjoyed the place. Room was beautiful.
It was wonderful to have complimentary coffee and pastry delivered to my room in the morning. I'll be back just for that! The martini selection at the Armory Bar was also impressive.
The ideas of a "greeter".
Perfect location walked everywhere. Use of spa is a great perk.
We really loved this hotel
Little pricy but very comfortable. Only issue is you can hear everything in the hallway.
the staff and their help
windows don't open false fire alarm, no explanation
Message was very good and the staff was very friendly
Restranant food was not that good I had s steak which was tender but not much flavor got the quality steak it was My friend had the squash pasta she said it was okay
I found the Armory Lounge to be an unexpected delight. We came back to the hotel for a late bite and were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and friendliness there along with an adequate menu.
upgrade to the suites, really nice. grest bar, vfm valet parking ... Great alternative to the big name hotels
It's nestled amongst other buildings, so no ocean view.
Love the older ambiance with friendly service and a wonderful room right in the perfect location!
The heat was very noisy!
SPA and Rooms amazing. Food in Lounge was awesome because app's are half price. One major problem all else very nice
Construction in hotel was VERY Loud and Annoying sounded like they were drilling all around our room. From 8:00 am until it drove us to check out. The front desk pretty much dismissed it and us on check out. Not impressed.
The hot tub (in the spa), bed, and shower. Plus, I loved the bar downstairs. Free cheese plates!
They cut off the water between 12 and 3 p.m. Not a big deal, I just wish I had known ahead of time. It would have been really helpful to have a mini-fridge.
location to all facilities clean rooms staff were efficient.
had to move to other room because of cold and same results, False fire alarm at 11:30 p.m. did give us credit of 50.00$ which I felt was not sufficient.
Hotel rooms are very clean
Room was small and ceilings are low so the rooms feel even smaller
The Tavern was a fun bar located downstairs, the bartenders were awesome & good strong drinks. Bed was very comfortable Shower was AMAZING & bathroom very large and clean. Great location Nice piano player when you first walked in & staff was pleasant
I swear I saw on the website there was more than one hot tub, there was only one and it was in the spa which made it awkward. There were no cabs around and when I asked if they could call one it was a 40 min wait! VERY thin walls & squeaky loud doors that slammed so we didn't get the best nights sleep Parking expensive
Location is excellent. Staff is wonderful.
It's outstandingly clean and well appointed but there are a few things that just need to be updated (I.e fixtures, room carpet, shower curtains). The HVAC can get VERY LOUD in the middle of the night.
historic facility, good staff, especially the crew at the door, clean and up to date room decor
I wanted to stay here because it was in the middle of Portland. Everything was really great with many surrounding amazing restaurants and shops. I also had a really great time at the spa they were very helpful picking out what treatment I wanted and making me very comfortable and relaxed. Already looking forward to my next trip!
We loved the Spa area & hot tub...
The complimentary coffee was only until 8am so we didn't get to take advantage of that... No hair dryers in the room
-free shuttle bus to the AirPort - nice staff -big comfortable room and bathroom - charming vintage vibe -center or portland perfect to walk everywhere. -morning coffee -there's nothing not to love of this hotel.
The location is unbeatable - outside the door are the best restaurants, shops and the water. Staff was great and their restaurant is excellent.
The staff provided shuttle service free of charge to and from an area restaurant at a rival hotel during a raging snow storm. That was above what I might have expected anywhere else. The staff makes you completely comfortable. Another excellent experience!
