Room was not clean, Toilet was plagued and it looked like someone throw out on it and they did not clean and blankets had cigars burns spots the whole rooms were nasty.
dirty rooms, mold in the bathroom, cobwebs in the room, the smell of cigarettes and toilet air freshener - it is impossible to breathe normally, a small TV, dim the lights, no pool, near the hotel there is nothing
Garbage and debris all over the premises, dirty walls, floors, and bathrooms. Blood on the wall. Permanent residents. Staff is unfriendly and not understanding. Poor neighborhood.
close to the sylvania college
The rooms were filthy, don't smell like they had been cleaned. The carpet was wet and dirty, mirrors had spots as though never wiped down. Hair was in tub and on floors. We heard people (sounded like teenagers) going in and out of the house or unit until 3 am above our room as though they lived above the hotel room. Cars and people outside our room were loud most the night which kept us up. We got maybe 5 hours of sleep. I will never recommend booking a room online unless you know the hotel. It was a huge waste of time and money.
dirty really dirty
I had gotton really sick from some food so I call late and asked for some more towels blanket and the lady told me she cant get me any the laundry pple were not working at that time
Was to be a smoke free room but mattresses smelled of smoke and there were cigarette burns on them. The sheets were stained. there were dead bugs on the windowsill. Towels smelled bad and had stains. Ice bucket was dirty. Dust on top of pictures. extremely small bathroom. Hotel Impossible needs to help this motel badly!!!!!!!!!!!
Heat did not get room warm in short order turned heat on at 400 pm and at 8.00 pm still was not warm enough for comfort good enough for value you pay .
The price is fair. If you are planing to both Woodburn and Portland, here is a good place to stay.
Location is too far to walk to Portland downtown area, so you have to find parking lots near transportation system.
For $56 on a Saturday Night within the city limits and on Labor Day weekend, I was thoroughly pleased to find a fridge and stove, clean room and bed, and otherwise quiet environment. When you're sleeping somewhere for 6 hours, this is a great deal.
Person at check in was surly & incredulous when I said I had a reservation. She abruptly left & returned to find the confirmation among a pile of papers at the desk. The room was not clean & beds were not made, spread just thrown over sheets. We had no choice as we were visiting family nearby & it was late. We were wakened at 1:30am by folks stomping in room above which went on for 3 hours. This property should not be listed on your site!!!
We liked that is was a short distance from the Portland zoo.
The room was dirty, beds were very uncomfortable, smelt like cigerate smoke, pillows were flat, my coat was was more of a pillow. There was a fight outside our room and cops and fire department were loud as well as the young people that were using bad language, loud enough for my little girls to here. I would never stay or recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Very bad experience!
dirty and old (not in charming way)
