loistava sijainti, suhteellisen siisti, ok hinta, palvelu asiallista aulassa musiikki soi yötä päivää todella kovaa ja ääni kantautui huoneeseen ( huone 1. kerroksessa), pyynnöstä huolimatta popitus jatkui vielä yöllä klo 24 ja alkoi aamulla klo 6.00. |

Hotellin sijainti oli tosi hyvä ja hinta kohtuullinen. Kuvat nettisivuilla eivät kyllä vastanneet todellisuutta, mutta huone oli kuitenkin ihan hyvä vaikkakin pieni. Työntekijät olivat ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Huoneessa olisi voinut olla jotain turisti-informaatiota, esim. suosituksia aamiaispaikoista, koska hotellissa ei ollut ravintolaa. |

nettisivujen kuvat hotellista odotetusti harhaanjohtavat, tosin hotellissa saattaa olla myös uudistettuja ja remontoituja huoneita. sijainti erittäin hyvä. Jos samanhintainen kuin vaikkapa joku holiday inn, valitsisin ketjuhotellin. Tämä kuitenkin halvempi tällä kertaa ja sinällään hintaan nähden ok. erittäin pieni, vanha ja hieman rähjäinen huone, jossa ei käytännössä ikkunaa (näkymä 1,5m päässä olleeseen tiiliseinään, ei ahtaan paikan kammoiselle. siivous kuitenkin toimi ja henkilökunta suht asiallista. |

Erinomainen sijainti.Hotellin järjestämä kohtuullisen hintainen kuljetus kentälle.Laukut sai jättää lukittuun huoneeseen kunnes oli aika lähteä kentälle. Saamamme huone ei tosiaankaan ollut perhehuone eikä kuvien mukainen Deluxe-huone.Laukut joutui pitämään kylpyhuoneessa. |

Huone, jonka saimme kiivaahkon sananvaihdon jälkeen, oli erinomainen.Se oli iso, siisti ja rauhallinen. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava.Viihdyimme oikein hyvin. Huone, jota meille ensin tarjottiin, oli täysin ala-arvoinen, eikä vastannut lainkaan kuvaa de-luxe-huoneesta, jonka kuva näytettiin internetissä ja jonka olin varannut. Olin toivonut kahta eri vuodetta. Koska siihen ei kuulemma ollut mahdollisuutta, meille tarjottiin pientä nuhjuista kopperoa,jossa oli kapea kaksoisvuode.Sänky täytti melkein koko huoneen. |

sijainti hyvä,teatterit lähellä,aamiaisen sai kadun toiselta puolelta,metro lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä,lähikauppa myös kadun toisella puolella,kylpyhuone riittävän iso äänieristys huono, vuode liian pehmeä,huone pienehkö vain 1 tuoli huoneessa,hiustenkuivaaja ei ollut |

Hotellin sijainti loistava! parempaa sijantia ei voisi olla nykissä! Hotellin taso oli heikompi kuin booking.com ja hotellin oma internet sivu antoi ymmärtää. Hotelli olis erittäin vaatimaton. Siisteys. |

Disgusting- no bathroom- a shared dirty bathroom that anyone could have used their key to enter. this was horrifyling. no lights in the hallways, a bed and nothing else, and no room to walk in the room. the dirty bathroom was in the unlighted hallway that looked like you could be murdered without anyone knowing. stay away, i did not even stay the night after seeing the room, and they refused to give me my money back even tho I paid for it less then 5 minutes prior. Horrible customer service. Everything was a nightmare about this hotel. |

Very affordable in a very good location with Times square around the corner. Pleasant staff who let us check in although we were a bit early. The shared restroom at one time ran out of toilet paper, and the shower went out of order. |

It was a surprise as we didnt have a bathroom in our room, we had to share with everyone on the floor which i didnt like, but it was very central as it is located in the heart of times square and it is relitively inexpensive. |

The location is very nice, right near times square. very thin walls, you could hear the people in the next room. If the doors where'nt closed carefully, they made a lot of noise too. |

Absolutely perfect location, less than 50m to Times Square and yet in a perfectly quiet corner. The room we were staying in was so dead quiet one would never guess there are raging crowds just around the corner. The interior is somewhat oldish, rooms are tiny. One of the double beds in a double-double room is so close to the air conditioner that it might pose problems to those who decide to sleep near it. |

The hotel is very convenientely placed. Staff was very helpfull when wanting to check out early for airline reasons. The room was super small (big enough for the bed and not much else.) there was no window except in the bathroom. The window in our room was the entrance to the fire escape and it was covered by a metal gate for our protection, but not funtional for viewing. The room is good for people who are only there at night to sleep. Not someplace I would linger to relax. |

Location and convenience to Time Square. Staff were always helpful and courteous - especially Robert who we feel went above and beyond to help us when needed. Rooms were small and decor was very plain but it was good value for the price and the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. It served the purpose! |

Location was absolutely great!! Next to times sqare. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and a nice warm shower. What more do you need from a hotel in NY? (you´re probably not going to spend much time in the room anyway...) Don´t expect the wifi or tv to work! |

The hotel was in the perfect location and the best value in times square. For the money you can't beat it and we got our own bathroom which is rare in Times Square budget hotels. The Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. |
