Prompt answering from the room on the telephone by reception staff. My son left his favorite Teddy behind and the hotel kindly posted it on to our next hotel. A great Gesture!! No safety deposite boxes in the room |

It was good - I would have enjoyed having a 2nd bathroom in the kids suite or I would have liked to have been able to rent the full suite. I did not see it listed as an option however while there the maid showed me one that would have been great for our family of 5 The pool area was quite blah |

Comfortable rooms, convenient location close to Disneyland and restaurants, staff very accomodating A small fridge in the adult room would have been nice. |

Nous avons aimé la proximité du parc Disneyland, d'un ihop (petit déjeûner copieux et savoureux), d'un 7/11 et de bons restaurants à tous les prix. La connexion internet est gratuite. Il y a toujours une place dans le parking qui est aussi gratuit. Il n'y a que deux machines à laver et deux séchoirs pour tout l'hôtel, donc il fallait souvent attendre son tour... |

Chambres spacieuses, clim bruyante insonorisation entre étage moyen mais supportable bonne idée chambre pour 2 enf ou teenage pratique parents séparés. Parking gratuit ++++ pas de porteur |

Otroligt trevlig personal! Bra utbud av informationsmaterial om olika aktiviteter i området. Bankomat i hotell-lobbyn. Tvättstuga för hotellgästerna som var öppen till 23.00 med tvättmaskiner och torktumlare. Enkelt, men trevligt pool-område. Skönt med ett dopp efter timmarna på Disneyland. Gångavstånd till Disneyland och Disneyland Adventure och till många matställen. Det fanns ingen frukost på hotelllet, men det var inget problem. Fanns rätt över gatan och det var även möjligt att äta på hotellet bredvid. Portofino är inget hotell där man är vistas mer än för att sova, men det är helt perfekt för att besöka aktiviteterna i området plus att det går lätt och snabbt att ta sig ut ur LA om man vill till San Diego. |
