Cable tv was out. Remotes not working. Suite layout confusing--had to exit through another suite...Coffee service in lobby did not have liquid creamer, only horrible freeze dried powder; minimal breakfast....

Great location if going to Anaheim parks. Hotel was remodelated not long ago, so rooms are very good. All sorts of dining options nearby.

Not enough lighting in the room. Very rude owners. They will act nice at first but.. after they get your money.. they are rude. No good breakfast. I didn't smoke in my room and they still said I did. They will claim you did something so they can refuse your kind. Very picky owners.

The room I stayed in had some wall damage from the door hitting it. They could just send someone up to fix their door stop.

Good facilities and good size room. Real value for money. Very comfortable and huge bed. Safe location, however no safe provided in the room. Perfect for Disneyland visitors.

Location only suitable for ones with car, also have in mind to LA you'll drive around 30 min if no traffic will be ahead. During our stay it was noisy (at some point during the night), but it depends only on people who stay in neighborhood.

Easy to find. Within about a mile to Knottsberry Farm. Freshly painted rooms.

The continental breakfast was highly advertised and the delivery was extremely poor. Serving size and selection would be better out of a vending machine. Probably the worst continental breakfast that I have ever experienced from a hotel. It would be better if they didn't have one and not charge you for it.

Walls are not sound proof. You can hear traffic and other noises in the night. Weak wifi signal.

The room was clean and it had microwave and refrigerator, hairdryer and even ironing board and iron, I think, although I did not use. So, the basics were there and then some. This is a good budget motel, but it is a motel, not a hotel or "Inn & Suites". There is some deception in the motel's name.

Make no mistake, this is a standard design motel with room entrance from an outdoors walkway and window that is along the walkway. Noise is a problem, and do not think of sleeping late because the guests are talking and the maids are rolling their carts just outside the door. The free breakfast is no more than coffee and orange juice, along with small store-wrapped muffins and white bread for making toast. There were some apples and oranges too, but nothing prepared - no kitchen. The "dining" area is a table in the motel office. The pool is smaller than you expect and near the street entrance, across from the office, so just not desirable to use.

The location was good and close to main attractions. The parking lot was spacious. The morning man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. He smiles- a good thing to see in the morning. The bed were nice and the maid service was good.

Did not like the fact that the pool was visible from the street. When we checked in the afternoon or after 2 man did not smile, could not or would not answer our questions about locations of things. Would not provide us with a map of the area. We were thinking we made a bad decision to stay there. Bugs were crawling on the walls. The room was not cheery. We got locked out. We expected more for breakfast, no juice or donuts or yogurt.

What a nice surprise to find a very reasonably priced motel in the la area. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. It is so nice to have a micro-fridge, parking and wireless internet included in the very affordable price. I would gladly recommend a stay here and will return when our travels bring us to la again.

The only complaint was the carpet needed replacing or at least a very good cleaning. Overall we were very happy with our choice to stay there.

I brought my whole family including their sig others. I rented the 2 room suite. We came to go to Knotts Scary Halloween and Disneyland. But before I could even unpack I came down with the flu. I stayed in my room the entire weekend. The kids had a great time. But the reason I'm writing is that they allowed me to stay an extra hour as I was so ill. Yes I offered to pay until 5 pm, and it would have been nice if they had allowed me to do that, but even the hour helped. The rooms were clean with 2 BR s and a micro & Frig. Nice couple ran the place too!

Needed nicer bedsteads and blankets & towels. Should have a fee for late checkout available!

Security, The hotel should close the outside door of the hotel to be opened by the room key only to feel more secured. Breakfast should be enhanced.

The location and the price

What a diamond in the rough! For a very clean, friendly hotel / motel, within 3 miles of Knotts and easy drive to Disney, this location is an outstanding choice. Highly recommend.

It's not that I didn't like something, but I hope this comment is helpful to know. If you need a hotel where you want to hang out, this one wouldn't be the best choice. There aren't any common spaces, game rooms, room service, etc.... and, the pool is tiny, in the parking lot. We didn't spend any day time hours at our hotel - we were always on the go. So, we found the hotel to be a great place to come home to at end of day.

Absolutely the best! I have used other booking companies in the past, which has lead to some real disapointments. However, from the moment of my arrival until my stay was over, I found this hotel to be about as close to perfect as I have found. The desk personnel was attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and absolutely immaculate! It was very quiet and comfortable, while being located close to major shopping and attractions. I would recommend this hotel to single travelers, couples and families, as the atmosphere was really pleasant. I will also be recommending booking.com to friends and family.

The best thing about this was the price. I was traveling through town with business during the day so for the price and my needs it was fine.

When I think hotel I don't usually select locations that allow "long term stays" and it's evident when people leave shoes and clothes hanging out, and it wasn't letting things dry that were used in the pool. It looked like washed clothes being placed out to dry.

1. We asked for an add on bed and after we were told yes, they gave it to another guest. 2. The BREAKFAST consists of disgusting coffee and muffins. Nothing else. 3. The pool/Jacuzzi needed cleaning.
