Comfort of mattress but not the sheets and blankets covering it!
The leak in the shower head that made my towels wet. Also, it sprayed onto the light and I think that might have been a safety violation! Also, WiFi did not work in my room.
I liked that the motel was cheap and simple. I was using it to sleep upon my arrival and then, after a long visit to a friend's house, sleep the next night and then take off again for Appleton, where another friend was headlining at Skyline Comedy Cafe. The people were pretty nice and the bed was quite comfortable. I liked being able to park right outside my window. I got a kick out of looking out the back window and seeing cows nearby. It freaked me out at first but I got used to it. The motel is right on the edge of town, so it's basically in the country. I like the blue paint job too.
The motel was a little older and sometimes shabby. What bothered me the most was that my bedspread had a large spot on it that was very smelly. I don't know what it was. They gave me a new bedspread.
The fact that when I walked into the room it was clean it does have age. But for a overnight sleep room was perfect .
Price/friendly check in
Lack of ability to check out at front desk
Lots of hot water. Close to room parking.
Older room, things cobbed together, TV junky
Quiet. Price. Bed was comfortable
Bathroom small, old. Shower especially questionable.
