It was nasty
Location was good air conditioner good bed good
No Ironing board No Coffee maker
Good value for your money and centrally located in Concord.
this was my second time there and the only thing I didn't like was despite my late check in my room wasn't ready. I only had to wait 10 minutes but it's still annoying.
The location was good for where and what I wanted.
Lots of people who were outside and noisy. Towels didn't do any good for drying.
Chili's next door. Convenient to freeway.
A lot of seemingly undesirables hanging around. people outside shouting. Security would be a good idea.
Location, proximity to venue.
Noisey parking lot
I was there for a concert, and found the room to be convenient to the venue and comfortable.
They didn't even bother to sweep the floor! A laundry person came and swept it when we complained.
It's a good place to do day trips between SF and Napa/Sonoma Valleys. The room was clean and reasonable, and I felt okay in the room. Staff is very nice and friendly. Concord is a stop on BART, so you can park at the station and ride to San Francisco or Oakland. It costs about $11 roundtrip to Embarcado.
Some of the people walking around made me feel a bit uneasy, but they blocked off the access to parking lot through the office drive through, so they do watch the security of the area. I had to drive a bit far to find a place to eat.
The price is right. Everything that was essential for an overnight stay or longer was available. his hotel will give you what you need -- a child and pet friendly environment. Perfect for folks on a tight budget, and for those of us who came from modest circumstances and have not forgotten who we are. This is essentially a classic 50s style American motel that is well maintained but shows its age.
If you are accustomed to luxury accommodations or you are looking for a premium hotel experience as part of a special vacation, or you don't like sharing a facility with working folks and the salt of the earth, go elsewhere.
Didn't have coffee maker
I was charged more than the price i was emailed on booking.com and the philipino woman who is always rude didnt want to hear me and was doing what was quick and that was to.charge more even.when i showed her what my email said.
Internet quality was poor beds were uncomfortable hey terrible night sleep I would never go back . They do a complete renovation beds new sheets
Transient people were roaming around the premises and standing outside their rooms. People were shouting at each other at 3:30am! I had to push a table and some chairs against the door, in order to feel safer at least psychologically!
Close to restaurants and attractions.Easy freeway access
They do not have free Wifi...$4 a day for slow Wifi..$6 a day for faster Wifi..most places have it included in the price so you don't feel like you are being nickeled and dimed...Too much local foot traffic..
Location & Staff was very friendly and helpful
They did well at providing extra towels and a blow dryer.
Blood spots and cob webs on the ceiling. Really gross carpet. TV was on the fritz. Behind the bed needs to be cleaned, party supply stuff was left there from previous guests.
For what I paid it was a nice little room. And it looked decent with a decent tv.
Noisy at night, Too many people just hanging around and making noise. Shady looking people, as if they were selling drugs there. I don't if they get a discounted week price but it seemed like they were living there.
Price. People. Location.
Pool & hot tub full of debris. TV & remote are prehistoric & needs an upgrade.
I like the price and room availability .
The toilet in our room made a constant running noise the whole night & every time we used the toilet to flush it we had to fill the garbage can up with water and poor it in the tank of the toilet . It was awful!
The after 10 no guest policy was prohibitive. It did not allow me to have friends stop by on thier way home to say hi. Some of these men I haven't seen for a couple of years. It would have been nice to sit with them for a bit and have a beer.
Downtown local at half the price. Overnight security.
Rooms had very dirty carpets
The location was great. Staff were friendly.
the bed was very hard on one half and sloped one the other. Cigarette burns everywhere. Tv too small.
It's a very convenient location, particularly for the low lodging cost. Staff were pleasant and the rooms clean.
You have to pay a fee for internet access, which is becoming a rarity. At some juncture the facilities will need to be updated.
The pool was good for the kids but the hot tub was not working :(
To noise on the other rooms
