Low price, but better value at Best Western

Old, and worn out, reminded me of living in barracks

The price was very low

The room keys sucked, everyday we had to go to the lobby and have them renew it because of system updates. Made it inconvenient since we were one of the furthest from the lobby.

I liked the proximity to Old Town and the freeways. It was easy to get to many attractions.

Some of the people staying there were a bit noisy at night but nothing major. I would definetly stay there again.

The location. Central to many San Diego attractions.

Facilities were out of date. Carpets stained, towel old and frayed. Bedding had odor and did not seem freshly laundered.

Right off the freeway; not far from airport.

This was a dive, police car cruising the area; the lobby was closed when we arrived; had to conduct business thru security grade glass window; car or bus alarms kept going off at night, both nights we were there. No security chain on door; had to use chair in room to add security to door to prevent someone from busting in the room unexpectedly. Not enough towels in the room for three people; could not use shower one day because we didn't know 'the trick' to cutting the water on. I was disappointed with the look of the place and felt the advertising did not give an accurate picture. I will not recommend this place to any family.

Very close to San Diego Old Town and San Diego trolley, making it very easy to access the city and especially all of the many and nice facilities of Old Town San Diego. Even can park your car near Old Town at a nominal fee and go to the Mexican border and visit Tijuana by trolley (don't forget to take your passport, though!).

My room was a bit small (one queen size bed only) but ok for a single traveller. Found a bug in the room.

My room was quiet allowing me to rest comfortably. It is off the main road which I thought was odd initially but listening to the ducks in the morning was charming.

The parking lot was dark at night.

Front end in desk she was sweet.

Neighbor complaint. Elevator breaking down.

Absolutely nothing!!!!!

This was the worst place I've ever stayed. It was The grounds were very dark and I felt very unsafe. It was so bad that I would not return to my car to get my clothes.

Price was good. Location is good.

It was noisey! Can hear people coming and going, the trolley running.

Very comforatable beds and extremely eficient and classy staff.

Bathrooms should be cleaner. Shower/tub.

It is cheap and clean. Also you can find good restaurants nearby around the hotel circle road.

Great location and great price. Nothing fancy, but for the money, you could not go wrong!

Comfortable bed, good standard of cleanliness in the room and friendly staff. There is free coffee/tea available in reception in the mornings, as much as you like.

No kettle or hair dryer available.

I have truly enjoyed each of my stays at Premier Inns, San Diego. It is in a perfect location. Close to my job, beaches, nature, etc. There is also a walking/biking trail right next door. Rooms are cozy and clean. Love the large TV's that have awesome sound quality. Beds are very comfortable and sheets are always clean. Hotel staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful! Housekeeping is very friendly as well and do a good job cleaning the rooms. No complaints here. This hotel is #1 in my book!

Older facility, no in room coffee maker. Facility was a bit worn down.

Staff were lovely and the bed was super comfy!!

The price was somewhat reasonable but the experience was horrible.

We didn't enjoy our stay because there was no wifi access. I did get bug bites on my legs from the bed I slept in. It was a decent price but I'd never stay there again.

Nothing~

I didnt like it to much, I was scared to sleep by the window. I thought someone was going to bust throught the window. I wanted to leave, but I already paid for the room & I'm sure its non-refundable. There was fighting all night form our neighbors. I couldnt wait to leave!!!

The beds were extremely comfortable.

The carpet in the hall and room seemed dirty.

An excelent facility with reat staff and very good value

Lack of public transport nearby on Sundays and Public Holidays

The manager has no respect for guests, she does not bother to talk to you, she does not care at all.
