Waking up to the beautiful landscape
The hard sell from the staff about time share? not usual for a hotel?
Friendly staff, big room, kitchen facilities, convenience to restaurants
Did not accommodate my pet request at first. Went to the hot tub at 9am and was closed for maintenance
Noisy could hear others across the hall and next doors shower
location was perfect, value for $ was excellent, earthquake was a good alarm clock. Overall, a very nice facility!
Concierge was way too pushy about spending time at another Diamond resort. No elevator for 2nd floor.
Location was nice, outside the city proper but not too far to make it inconvenient. Heated pool was nice but didn't know about it until we were there. We didn't bring our suits.
We were hounded by the concierge to listen to their time share presentation. We told them we were just there for a 2 day get away and they kept trying to extend our stay, provide meal tickets, etc. if we did something for them. We won't stay there again.
i did like the check in time
The rooms were nice but the bathroom needed a little up-keep. The bed was very comfortable.
It took a little longer to get the hotel from Sedona than was explained. It was a nice drive in the daylight.
Up to date and spacious .
Hallway carpet dirty and gave negative first impression.
The town house was roomy and very comfortable. We had televisions upstairs and down. very convenient.
There was nothing that we didn't like.
The Inn is located on a paved pedestrian walkway, not far from a beautiul nature walk. Everything about the Inn, including its views and appearance, is grand. There was a tiny walled yard where I could let my pets out. I came home to Tucson very well rested.
The Inn is located in Oak Creek Village, somewhat far away from all the action in Sedona. One member of our party, who was on crutches, was staying in town so we had to do a lot of back and forth driving.
Quiet except for the dog barking 2 doors away. Bed was comfortable.
Being harassed by the concierge to attend a 2 hour meeting. I found her pushy and aggressive. I would not mind assertive but she was just too insensitive bordering on manipulative. We stayed 3 nights, it would be nice to get your coffee replenished or know ahead of time there would not be any service to cleaning your room. I did not like being charged a higher rate on the 3rd night without being notified. The jacuzzi was not lit at night so it was hard to use due to the darkness.
Mold on shower floor!
The bed was super comfy, and the pool was lovely!
The "concierge" was in reality a time share sales person who wanted to sell us a "holiday vacation home". That was not why we were there.
Would have liked the fireplace to work.
quiet and easy access....beautiful setting
smoking restrictions are tough on smokers. My husband had to walk down the street to have a cigarette.
Loved the comfortable and functional layout of the "studio". Liked that there was a family pool and a separate "adult" pool. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Nice pool, kitchen in the studio, good size
The unpleasant staff and the slimy conceirge trying to convince us to buy into a timeshare. Those Diamond Resorts employees were everywhere in the town trying to sell you. Left a sour taste in my mouth.
Perfect spot in the middle of a lot of beauty. Pool and spa area very nice. Room was great had a separate area for sitting nice tv. electric fireplace. Nice king sized bed and white clean bedding.
The only negative thing I could say was the no elevator for getting luggage in and out.
Location was wonderful with an excellent view of the mountains.
Frank the concierge. After doing what he recommended, we felt he was telling us to go places that he gets perks for, when there were more free and beautiful places to see and do. When asking him about one place he acted like he need nothing about it. If that the case he doesn't no the area.
The room was large and comfortable with everything you'd need, and the room and the whole facility was very clean. The pool area was very nice and it had a great view. There were a couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, it just gave off a very good feel.
There was little I didn't like. My friend's room had a fan that didn't work. After fixing it, they didn't move the bed back into place and the maid service had passed them by and didn't return. The concierge, although nice, didn't seem very knowledgeable about the free places to go for views, etc. Overall though, it was minor.
Cleanliness and location was awesome.
Beds were to hard to my liking. And trying to sell time shares was way over the top annoying.
The cleanliness of the room and friendly staff. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable and clean.
The stairs. There is two stories and no elevator, just a little difficult getting the luggage up to the second floor.
The location was perfect- gorgeous views out our windows. It was clean, roomy & convenient. Loved the outdoor chess board and pool area. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
Having to leave!
Pool (basketball in one, hot tub at the other); outdoor giant chess; outdoor table tennis; proximity to nature walks
Window leaked and ruined 2 of my books - staff didn't care or comment on the damage to my things but on the positive side, the window was fixed promptly
Clean and Cozy room
