My room size for the price Clean....
Breakfast staff was bossy, Watching every thing, made me feel very uncomfortable.
apartment like room
too expensive for a highway location
Comfortable beds in spacious suite at a very reasonable rate. Both breakfast and light supper included, as well as free parking and Wifi.
Location was in an industrial area so you need to drive to go anywhere except Ikea. No restaurants nor shopping within walking distance that we noticed.
great value for the money breakfast was great
location we were moving my son into yale would have liked walking distance
These suites are quiet and clean with comfortable beds. The kitchenette is a plus if you are staying a few nights!
It is not located in the middle of New Haven, but not a far drive or shuttle into town.
The suite layout provides upstairs & downstairs bedrooms which is perfect for families traveling with 3-4 adults.
Very nice hotel! Very convenient!
IT is the best we found in the area, last minute booking, for 5 friends. The pool is OK, the spa is OK. The area is nice. Breakfast is average.
WiFi not working in the rooms. We asked for an additional cot on which it was not possible to sleep, charged 10$, which we eventually did not pay.
Full kitchen is convenient.
The whole place needs to be updated.
Spacious rooms Very clean Space to work Shuttle was timely. Good staff.
It is a little far from downtown New Haven or Yale, but everything will be fine once you figure out the shuttle schedule.
I like that when we reported dirty room immediately we were given another one. The front desk staff very friendly.
I didn't like the early wake up by room service to see if we had checked out so they can come in for the past 3 times we stayed here. Also upon arrival and entrance to penthouse suite there was blood along from the sink all the way down the countertop to refrigerator.
Convenient and plenty of space
We all had plenty of room. The room was clean, there was plenty of light. The lobby had coffee, water, & juice all the time. We were not in the hotel all that much, so it was easier to just grab something from the lobby. There were plenty of glasses in the room. Each bedroom & living room had a TV.
We had the upstairs toilet overflow as soon as we got there. First person to pee when we arrived was the unlucky one for that situation. We called the lobby, the was staff person was apologetic and courteous, and someone was sent to fix it. We left for dinner before that person showed up. The room was clean and beautiful when we got back, but the towels we out to the floor to protect the carpet weren't replaced, so we had to ask. We never found the remote for the Living room TV either.
Lack of pool, old pics shoowed one.
plenty of room, breakfast buffet, basketball court, location, staff
the ac went off and on all night long and was a little loud.
I liked the penthouse suite because my father in law was traveling with us. I would be great for an extended stay. The food service staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good. It was close to the interstate but not walking distance to any restaurants or stores. The privacy for each unit was wonderful and the grounds were very pretty
when our neighbor took a shower at midnight the pipes squealed the entire time, waking us up. The floor in the loft area was very squeaky. It was not very clean, the beds were fine but there was dirt in all the corners of the bathrooms and kitchen, a condom wrapper was on the floor in the loft bathroom and there was hair in the downstairs bath tub. Both tubs had at sometime been damaged and the repair was quite unsightly. we left our towels and wash cloths on the floor for room service to replace and only got towels and no wash cloths. They didn't do any cleaning as the coffee pot still had coffee in it. The garbage disposal was broken. The front desk staff was ok but not very helpful or friendly.
There were 6 of us staying in the one place and we all agreed that it was great: the whole set up. The service was wonderful at the front desk, using the shuttle was perfect - Michael was a great driver and gave good advice on places to go out, the free breakfast was enjoyable, and the place was clean!
a bit hot and stuffy when we got there, especially the upstairs took a long time to cool down once we used the AC
The personnel were all very curtious and very helpful. We were surprized that a full breakfast was included in the price. The location was perfect for us as we headed back to the JFK for our return trip to Chile.
Fully equiped Receptionist helpful. She helped me to find out the a Walmart that was on my itinerary and she even printed me the way to get there.
A bit remote from the city center - a car is needed. Breakfast closes at 10 am on a sunday
Very roomy and comfortable
The room was ideal for bing on business with a desk and comfortable chair. The shuttle bus was a great help when used and the staff were very helpful.
Beds were very comfortable!!!!
Room smelled like a smoking room. The staff sprayed some stuff to mitigate the smell but it only helped some. Place sold out due to some Yale Conference in New Haven so could not move to another room.
We are a two week college tour and this was our fourth hotel so far. They had they best beds so far. They not only were the most comfortable they also had the bed linens. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast and dinner were wonderful. There is no pool but they do have a workout room, but the equipment is a little dated, but it worked well. The room was quite comfy and we enjoyed that there was a real table with four chairs.
Te property is a bit dirty on the outside, littered with cigarette butts. The neighborhood is more industrial and a little scary. There are signs on your door and in the info book to make sure to triple lock your door once inside and to look through peep hole before opening the door. The floors and counters in the room were a little dirty. I would definitely stay again though!
Free services such as breakfast and shuttle was good enough.
The location was isolated and seems to be little danger to walk around. Place was little far from the station and downtown so that we need to take a cab or call hotel's shuttle all the time.
