Price & location. I found hotel in Michigan Street Close to Water Tower unexpensive & nice.
Location was nice and the room was clean
No working phone or wifi. When we went to front desk we were told that the corporate suite desk clerk had gone home for the day and would be gone until Monday. So basically we were SOL
Low cost apartment.
No frills. None.
Everything! Had a horrible time finding a place to stay in the city. My son was coming from out of the country for a job interview. All rooms were either $$$ or booked. Booked this room not knowing what we would get. Originally had a queen suite but was upgraded to a 2 bedroom condo by Erica! Thank you Thank you!!! You are a life saver. We have told everyone about our stay and have recommended to everyone. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable.
NOTHING! The only improvement would have been closer shopping but Marianos was great and it really was not that far from Michigan Ave.
had to speak with 3 people just to get a key, Nobody wanted to assist me, felt like I had to talk someone into doing their job. I received no recite. I have to come and go for business. I can't spend another hour tracking someone down for a recite and a warning on the fridge and everywhere I look that I will be charged if. . . . I am just sleeping there for one night for 175 dollars. Was i to wash the sheets and towels in the am before I left too? One I need a recite and two get some employees.
The view was amazing the suite was very clean and large. The building staff was very accommodating and my friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The Presidential more than exceeded my expectations. I look forward to my next stay here.
Late check in however there is plenty to do around the building while your waiting.
Nothing. The soul of the place had been ripped out and replaced with a Walmart. Enough said.
Just about everything. We showed our booking email, were told they didn't have our reservation on file. Then we waited an hour until someone figured out we weren't contriving some odd plan to stay in a sub par building with faulty elevators. We also had to walk down 44 flights of stairs to get to a reservation on time. And we got was "sorry". Fail.
Very clean and spacious. The price for a one bedroom apt. was less than a queen room at nearby hotels, so definitely worth the price. Nice views and rooftop lounging area.
Late check in time of 5:00. However, we arrived early and were allowed to check in at 3:00 because our rooms were clean. No explanation about using security cards to get through locked doors, or about checkout process. Although, check out was very simple. Only had to deposit keys in a lock box.
The apartment was beautiful. Much nicer than the photos even. Would prefer this apartment over a hotel every time. Very well updated and decorated. We were very comfortable and extremely happy with our decision to book here.
The check in process was a little confusing. Would have liked a call or email in advance letting us know where to go and how to check in.
Cost of parking. The confusion in checking in.
The room was great.
Don't expect anything from staff. They don't even mind the desk.
Never heard back on early check in request (prior to check in day not when I. Allied the day of and asked for an update/callback. No response). No explanation of grounds. Noticed the redbox machine on checkout and had commented the night before that a late night movie would have been nice.
Walmart is close by. Low price parking. Room is large.
Staff was not very professional. The pictures were not as they were advertised on the site. I got a full refund for my stay. It was not all bad but not what I expected.
Location. Space. Views.
The room was exceptionally decent. It had a lovely view and the hotel itself was very nice. The staff of the hotel really didn't know how to help me because I went through online booking but they tried their best.
The elevator was terrifying. People in the building continue to pile on when it's already full. It feels as though it will break down at any second. I was on the 48th floor and decided to take the stairs because the elevator was very skeptical. The staff for habitat was away from the desk every time I called. They told me I had a newer suite but it had things falling apart. The TV in the bedroom was very old. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. Parking was $36 a day which was obviously ridiculous.
Loved all the amenities of a full apartment for the cost of a hotel room.
When we stayed it was 80 degrees outside but u can't turn on air conditioning till June 1st. Sweltering in the apartment! Had to buy a fan.
My boyfriend and i needed that day away and it was perfect!
Staff was remarkably friendly and very helpful. Loved the view. Flat was clean and well organized. Easy check-in and easy check-out. Food markets and Starbucks close to the towers.
Corporate feel throughout. Dogs everywhere and they bark behind doors when you walk through the halls.
