Staff was very friendly. Hotel room was cleaned daily .

I paid for hotel through bookit.com when I arrived to hotel I was told that resort fee was paid for. When I checked out they said I owed them $107.00 which was not included in when I paid for hotel. They charged $19 per day for resort fee. Which all I received was toast , cereal. Orange juice , apple , orange ,coffee. No meat! I could have went to breakfast every morning and paid less than $19 dollar . And got eggs , bacon, sausage , pancakes. I was really upset about that resort fee.

I like the area,very close to the beach and Lincoln Dr. Everybody walking around ,they look very happy. The President Hotel was lovely,my room was clean and very confortable,and the staff,very kind.

Nothing bad to say.

Room was spacious and clean. Other guests were quiet.

Bizarre plumbing going on with the shower and water was cold. AC was a bit noisy and had to turn off at night to be able to sleep.

it's a very cute boutique hotel located in the heart of South Beach. I have stayed here over 6 times. I will stay again next time!

Paper thin walls and doors. Your can hear EVERYTHING going on at any time of the day. And Night... Very uncomfortable beds. And squeaky. Extremely rudimentary breakfast

Poor noise insulation between rooms and corridors. Overpriced for it's standard

To pay extra for continental breakfast. I need a couple of band aids, they do not have any!!!

The hotel has the best manager I have ever seen. The lady is a problem solver and always with a friendly smile. Her team and all the guests praise her work. The hotel staff is also very friendly and courteous .

Everything was perfect to make my stay relaxed, enjoying my holidays with my family.

Love the staff very friendly especially Faud he helped out a lot. And the location was amazing it was walking distance to everything!

the room does not have ventilation at all, terrible smell, water flasher did not work, sink clogged.

The hotel was very modern and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better as it was only one block from the beach. The hotel provided everything we expected and more!

Walls were a bit thin, guests in next room were very loud every day and night!

The staff was so accomadating and the hotel was very very clean. It is old but so are most of the hotels in South Beach. Also a great location.

Negatively surprised by the 15$ mandatory surcharge for the "free" internet and breakfast.

Noisy! Extremely noise structure. A/c engine, other room showers, steps in corridor. Walls are made in paper or less. You can hear everything. Bed not so large (also for a kingsize double).

The staff were outsanding. Very helpful, polite and clearly wanted us to have a good time. The location was also fantastic. 5mns walk to the beach and the restaurants/ bars ! but far enough to not have the noise from the bars at night. Loved it :-)

Miami Beach, YES! President Hotel, NO!

Place is not quite there. An attitude prevents the place from really being part of the Miami Beach scene. No door service to bring bags in and coordinate car parking. Just truly what you pay for. No true value.

The Location. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. the design of the room is amazing . I higly recommend this hotel if u were going to miami beach. Also the safety was very good , they lock the hotel doors around 10 pm , Ofcaurse you can open the door using the room's card
