the location and cleaniness of the room.

The mattersses were very old and sagged in ( I had a double room) and the sheet have seen better days. I would not stay in the hotel again.

The hotel was recently renovated, so the rooms had a fresh look and the bathrooms were modern. The hotel is on a1a around the corner from the beach, so the rates were reasonable while everything is just a short walk away. The beach towel service was nice. Not a luxury hotel, but definitely comfortable.

Pool was out of commission during our stay and was also small, in a small courtyard, but I guess that's what the beach is for. Walls and ceiling are thin, so the room was a bit noisy.

Nice hotel, clean and super nice staff. Took 3 minutes to walk to the beach from 14th street where Ocean Drive starts. Happy Hour is also a nice thing on the way back from the beach.

Location, location. The big advantage of President is the location. Based on the previous reviews, the expectations were bad. However, I was surprised with free breakfast, 2 drinks in the happy hour, ...

The Bathroom was a bit small, all the rest was OK.

Location,this is not a hotel to relax,if your in town to party with little to no sleep then this is your spot

It was woundeful! Very nice rooms and the design is excellent. We got the suite at the top with our own balcony.. It was one of the best choises ive tanken, really happy about the hotel!!!

1. elevator did not work....we were on the fourth floor 2. television in room did not work....no major channels and extremely poor reception 3. room was not as was advertised once I was there...misrepresented 4. confusing payment structure...hard to understand 5. they thought they were much better than they actually were...pretentious 6. the parking is a joke....nonexistent 7. expensive for what you got

Good location.

Staff was not very friendly. The hotel was not a value. The only thing it has going for it is it's proximity to the beach.

The website pictures gave me a different impression which is why I chose the hotel. I was extremely uncomfortable with my 13 year old son. The room being stark white walls and sheets looked like a hospital room and bed. Then a shocking green 4 leaf clover wallpaper. It was very uncomfortable atmosphere. The hallways were also stark white. It reminded us of an old hospital or insane asylum. The walls were also dirty in places and the floor being tile made it that much colder feeling. To add to the pain the walls are paper thin.
