Good location to work your way into Vegas, direct indoor access to the fashion outlet stores!
The room had an awful cigarette stench to it and everything creaked, we were on the end of the hallway to one side which means no Casino noise but about 5 min! Walk to the elevator. All staff was very friendly though and if they renovate their rooms anytime soon we would come back!
Nice breakfast buffet, room, shuttle. A group of us stayed over during a two day off road trip.
The casino staff including restaurant and bar servers need lessons in decent customer service. The ones we encountered seemed miserable and not into their jobs.
I got a free buffet.
Not told or asked about wi fi.
Convenience to golf course b
After prepaying we were surprised at checkout that there was a daily resort fee. It was added after the booking was made and we were not informed at checkin. Explained that to clerk and no changes. A rip off.
Free wi fi and good beds.
There was no toilet paper or shampoo.
the food at the pancake house was awesome
I am very upset because I forgot my favorite blanket & when I went bk to look for it nobody could tell me anything. I just wish they housekeeping would've notified me that I left it behind because I know for sure if something was wrong or we did something wrong they would've notified me right away. After waiting one hr they said it got thrown away. BS I'm just glad I didn't forget something with more value because as of right now I wouldn't trust they would've given it bk.
Had room 1122 and chain kept coming off in toilet. I had to keep putting back on.
room was clean and spacious, dinner in the steak restaurant was fantastic
initially they gave us the wrong room, had problems with the television and they never came to fix it, bed sheets weren't even tucked in
The mall inside
The firearm going off 2 times one at 4:15 and the other about 5:15 in the morning
Place is dirty
Proximity to highway
Time appeared to not be taken to clean the room properly
Too long a walk to room, room was old and not real clean. furniture was badly scratched
Nothing comes to mind
Limited reasonably priced restruants
Food was good
Bed was bad
Comfortable and good lodging at a fair price
Room was a little cold
We finally after 4 rooms were able to again unpack in the 5th room they had to move us to
Good dinner with steak and lobster special at reasonable price.
Bed was very comfy and very clean. Overall the room was fair.
Carpet was dark and looked dusty around the edges.Table in the room was not cleaned well. Location of room from desk was too far after letting staff know we had handy capped elderly people.
I can't think of one positive thing about Primm Valley Resort/Casino
Horrible layout. This property was filthy and smelly. Rear entrances were strewn with trash. Hallways were dirty and smelled of mildew. Even the non-smoking rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke, were poorly furnished, and very Spartan. The casino restroom had trash all over the floor, in the stalls, and the sinks were filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. I almost forfeited my non-refundable room and left. As it was, I left at 4am after being awakened by cigarette smoke wafting in through the HVAC system in my room. I won't be back to this property and don't recommend.
no in-room coffee.
Nice stop off on leaving Vegas. Value for money on accomodation
Not all faciliites were operating - monorail for example. Seemed to be very heavily used by older clientel. Seemed a bit dated Thin walls :(
