Comfortable and good lodging at a fair price
Room was a little cold
We finally after 4 rooms were able to again unpack in the 5th room they had to move us to
Good dinner with steak and lobster special at reasonable price.
Bed was very comfy and very clean. Overall the room was fair.
Carpet was dark and looked dusty around the edges.Table in the room was not cleaned well. Location of room from desk was too far after letting staff know we had handy capped elderly people.
I can't think of one positive thing about Primm Valley Resort/Casino
Horrible layout. This property was filthy and smelly. Rear entrances were strewn with trash. Hallways were dirty and smelled of mildew. Even the non-smoking rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke, were poorly furnished, and very Spartan. The casino restroom had trash all over the floor, in the stalls, and the sinks were filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. I almost forfeited my non-refundable room and left. As it was, I left at 4am after being awakened by cigarette smoke wafting in through the HVAC system in my room. I won't be back to this property and don't recommend.
no in-room coffee.
Nice stop off on leaving Vegas. Value for money on accomodation
Not all faciliites were operating - monorail for example. Seemed to be very heavily used by older clientel. Seemed a bit dated Thin walls :(
We have stayed at all three Primm Valley hotels over the years. Very good hotels for a great price.
It was not kept up. In need of attention. Elevator walls half off, This building need attention. I will not stay here again.
room was very clean. the décor was good. I believe from the other hotel/casinos that this is the best one.
I wish you didn't charge the $6 resort fee, Huh? the cleaning ladies were very loud in the hall ways should of knock before trying to enter the room.
Location was good. Staff friendly SLOTS GOOD
Rooms could have been cleaner People in next room noisy Cigar smoke in casino
We have been spending the Saturday after Thanksgiving in Primm for the past 10 years, an overnight stop on our way to Palm Desert for the week. Last year we noticed a nice renovation/modernizing of the rooms. The 19th hole restaurant serves decent food at a fair price, and the service there was excellent.
Our room was dirty, crumbs and stuff on the floor, sticky feeling on hard surface floors, ice bucket still had residual water from prior guest, no soap in bathroom, water stains in ceiling. Mind you, this room was not inexpensive, $120 for the night plus taxes. This is the first time in 20 years of staying at various hotels that we did not leave a tip for housekeeping. No fridge in space where fridge had been, simply hole in cabinetry.
room was spacious, nice bed, well furnished
trouble with getting the key card to work, not much in Primm Valley
When we finally found our room the beds were comfortable.
While I was checking into the hotel my husband and friend had the car parked with the valet and had a bellman take our luggage. The old man that gave was at the registration desk would only tell us how to get to the room by driving and asked why we would valet the car and give our luggage to a bellman. We had to figure out how to get to our room, which was clear on the opposite side of the hotel.
rooms were nice and clean, staff friendly,AND THE MACHINES PAID
When wearrived we were told our reservation had been canceled because the credit card had bee rejected. We were never advised by you of this.We gave them the same CC which was approved.
I didn't like one aspect of this establishment.
The staff, how dirty the rooms were, the faucet didn't work in the room, there wasn't a light in the entire room that was working, the manager was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the distinct displeasure of dealing with.
Waitress at the Pancake House was outstanding.
Somehow our 3 rooms turned into 2 rooms. It took quite a bit of time to get the check-in straightened out, but they eventually got us a third room.
Good value. Breakfast was excellent with exceptional service. Having to pay for wifi.
Air Conditioner was too noisy. The pool area needs some up keep.
Rooms need updating, bathroom in poor condition. Peeling paint, toilet running,.....
Close to my jobsite. Pub in casino was okay to eat at.
Paid 2 to 5 dollars more for items than I did at home. No grocery stores. Smoke smell in casino, hallways and slight smell in rooms. Booked for a fridge then noticed they were charging me talked to desk they said it was taken off. Checked out and they charged me for it. Buffet was nasty and pricey. Few eating options. Mall is for clothes shopping only. Hard to understand staff most don't speak english.
Overall fairly comfortable.
Had to go to three floors to find a nice machine that worked. Also, the fire alarm went off in my wing but the rest of the casino seemed unaffected. What was up with that?
The rooms that were outside the main casino area. They were spacious, clean and quiet.
The casino looks like a bit threadworn and in need of an uplift. It is reminiscent of the Vegas of old.
The room was very clean the pool was excellent
Staff wasn't too friendly or helpful
Good size room, comfortable bed, good restaurant, good tv , fair price, good air conditioner
A dripping bathtub faucet.
