Accommodations were great. Check in friendly Shopping is always great

The food we ordered was poor. The first thing ordered they didn't have. Potatoes were so salty we couldn't eat them. When we told the waiter we were told that they knew but didn't offer to take them back.

Front desk clerk was mature(old) amd not too accomadating. I thought we had reserved a non-smoking room. He suggested it was only a request. We are very mature and almost needed to get to our room. Room was as far from elevator as possible.

The bed was comfortable & clean (I hope!).

Didn't expect too much, but room was old/shabby. Very poor housekeeping. Carpets not vacuumed, long black hairs in tub, and no bath towels left in room.

The room was quiet, very nice decor, bathroom was nice...

That the spa was closed at 6pm...usually we like a late night spa around 9pm Also it didn't have the coffee maker in the room, so we always have to bring ours.

They try charge one movie for $21.00 when i playing on to casino, is crazy!!!! The room is noise you can ear the romm upstairs when the people walking in the room!!!"

The pool area wasn't open even though it was 86 degrees. I nearly scolded myself in the shower, because the hot was cold and the cold was hot!!! told hotel staff and he just laughed. the hallways were in terrible shape.

Clean and budget friendly casino. Ok to stop for one night on a long trip.

They dont pay 3-2 on blackjacks which is a reflection of lack of competition and owner greed.

Primm resort did not transfer the Booking.com reservation correctly. Booking.com showed two rooms booked (one for us, one for friends traveling with us). The place was quite empty and yet they hassled me about the second room. I did have the printed confirmation and showed them I booked two rooms. They still had to get an approval to give us the second room. Not happy with them at all. Also, the place has really turned into a bit of a dump from years past. It used to be a really nice place in it's day. It definitely time for a remodel!

This hotel is OLD, run down and should not be in business. It needs to be bulldozed, a real dump!

Convenient location close to Las Vegas but cheaper than Las Vegas.

The place had hot and cold running water.

First off, the place is filthy. The housekeeping staff has never vacuumed along the edge of the hallways or in the corners of the guest rooms. Dirty kleenex in the hall and the rooms smell bad. The front desk staff (there is only one), looked like she had been up for the past 48 hrs and worn the same same clothes for the week. Very impatient and unfriendly. The shower head was great if you are 4' tall, and the white towels........or maybe they were supposed to by grey....not sure now. Very old and uncomfortable beds, dirty, unfriendly staff.......oh, but the best was the three mile walk to our room.........save your money....sleep under a bridge, it's cleaner, and more comfortable.

Asked for room near Casino which we got.

Keys would not open door to reserved room with two queens. Put into room with king. Were not to happy with that.

Room was well maintained and clean. Price was a bargain for the facilities provided.

A supplemental charge of $9.99 per night for wifi.

I booked a room on Jan.1 For a stay on Jan10. My credit card was charged in full on Jan2. When my family and I arrived on evening of Jan 10, I was told there was no reservation for me. When I explained that Primm Valley had charged my credit card in advance for the reservation, I was simply told that there was no reservation in the computer so there would be no room. I would have to take the mater up with Booking.com. After an hour of haggling they were able to get me a room at walk in rate. Since then my credit card has been charged for original Jan1, Jan 10 for walk in and there is a third charge pending for Jan 14.

The quality and cleanliness of the Primm Valley Resorts has continuedtodecline over the past five years. We will not return.

Loved the bed. It was super comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and I travel extensively for work. I thought Starwoods Heavenily bed could not be beat, but I thought Primm's pillow top mattress bed was even better. I also enjoyed the fact that they've recently renovated the rooms to be more modern; the flat screen tv was a nice added touch. Also notable was the onsite Pancake House which is open 24 hours and is delicious. They have a good steakhouse with fantastic prices (for a steakhouse of its kind, and Vegas is known for its steakhouses). A ribeye is only $24.99, lobster bisque $7.99, and cedar salad $7.99. The absolute best part is the fashion outlets that are attached. I'm a shopaholic and this is a great outlet. It has Last Call Neiman Marcus and one if the only outlets to host a William Sonoma Outlet. The Full sdrvice Chevron across the way was great because there was a Starbucks inside and it was open for business at 4:30/5:00 am for those Of us heading back to Cali. The mini mart was also nice for stocking up on goodies for the road. They had Krispy Kreme donuts, one of which was a tasty red velvet flavor. For $44/night, Primm Resort is an out of this world place to stay for your money!

Check-in was a nightmare; we were told it would be a 1.5 hour wait. Unacceptable! There were 3 people checking folks in, they eventually added a 3rd about 30 minutes into our wait. In all fairness, this was Jan 3rd and only one day after a New Year's extravaganza for some odd 300,000 partying in Vegas! The long line of people consisted of mainly us Cali drivers who opted not to stay in the traffic jam that was not moving on 15 South. Never saw so many people headed toward Primm Casino and Whiskey Pete's on a Wednesday night at 5 pm. The Checkin agent told us we got lucky, as traffic and Checkin the night prior was even worse, and rooms at Primm were $170. That's more then we payed on the strip. Insanity! Also, The bathrooms are small and really need to be renovated. Housekeeping left stringy black hair on our face towels, but this can happen at any hotel. We left at 5:00 am to drive back to San Diego. As such, it would've been nice to have the coffee cart open.

better amenities then whiskey petes or buffalo bills as far as preparation for local events & concerts are concerned.
