we found only one tv channel, but it was probably our own fault.
Wonderful location--close to the action on Commercial Street, yet far enough away to have a quiet moment. Wonderful host! Kind, friendly, naturally warm and caring. Beautiful, well-appointed rooms. I would definitely come back here again !
Beautiful Home close to Main Street with great decor and breakfast!
down home feeling with homemade breakfast.
Very nicely equipped and romantic room. Quiet environment. Cheerful personell. Tasty breakfast buffet with selfmade gratin and a good offer of bread, eggs, muesli etc. Briefly: Awesome!!!
Brian and Bill are delightful, personable hosts without being intrusive. My room was huge as was the bathroom. The linens on the bed were so comfy and layered enough to adjust to the chill at night. AC the room worked well supplemented with a ceiling fan. The included breakfast was very good with a healthy variety from which to choose. The Inn itself and surrounding grounds are so charming with original architecture and hard scraping outside. Very true Cape Cod style throughout without being tacky or overdone.
The shower head, but no big deal.
very rustic the staff was excellent
air conditioner was a little weak
Snug Cottage was a wonderful place to stay…..the Inn is clean and charming….with lots a space to relax both inside and out….the staff was both welcoming and friendly…breakfast was excellent….the rooms were neat and clean with the charm of an Inn I loved the room we stayed in…..and the bonus was it was within walking distance to the center of town but without the noise of being in the center of town…..breakfast was in the dining room which enabled us to meet other guest that were staying at the Inn as well we enjoyed that very much…..we will definitely be coming back to Snug Cottage
The hosts were outstanding and very accomodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
Water pressure on shower.
Charming, intimate, and quiet cottage with an ideal location. Delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting. Room was small but very pretty. Brian, one of the hosts, was quite friendly and helpful.
For such an obviously well-run B&B there were a couple of problems that simply made no sense. The door to our room had an old, hard to manage lock that required a mighty pull of the door knob to make it click into place when leaving (I'm strong and it took much of my strength). A proper, modern deadbolt and security chain (there was only a dicey sliding bolt from inside) would cost very little to install. In addition there was no working shower head - the water simply gushed out in a stream. These two obvious deficiencies could be cleared up so easily.
Location, old-world charm, helpful staff
Very cozy, warm, well decorated, enthusiastic proprietor. Breakfast was excellent
Bed was very hard.
The room was clean (and snug!), the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Brian was a very friendly presence on the main floor, where his office opens into the dining room. The off-season rates made it a fantastic deal for a solo traveler looking for a quiet getaway. I would definitely stay here again.
The owener was very nice and helpful, the location is pretty close to the town center.
Our toilet got colleged at 8 pm and our TV lost it's signal, we went downstairs to tell the owner about it and the office was closed so we tried couple times to call house keeping from our room, but picked up! So we had to wait till morning just letting the owner know when we were checking out!
The food was amazing
the ration of firewood was pathetically small.
Nice and charming cottage with very friendly owners. Everything very clean. Good breakfast with home made bread, cake and casserole.
Bathroom was a bit small.
Our room was quiet and cozy. Having a functional fireplace is a real plus.
Although we only stayed for one night, we found the accommodations very cozy and clean and the staff very friendly. Would absolutely stay there again next time I travel to the area.
The room with the fireplace was just lovely
This b+b had loads of charachter, room was beautiful, big brass bed and lovely fire place, breakfast was around a large table where you got the chance to mix , meet and chat with other guests. Delightful place.
Maybe suggest a sign on the front door so other guests hold it to close, we were in the room at front door and occasionally we were disturbed by the inner door banging
What a delightful place to stay The cottage and our room were charming. Such a homely feel. Well placed to walk into town Our hosts were very helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we have had anywhere on our travels.
Bathroom very small, could be cleaner (room and bathroom). Traffic noise as it is close to the main street. Bad value for money, room very expensive for the services and quality that are provided.
A house with style and charms, reminding of an nice English cottage of the old days. The landlord, exquisitely friendly, the breakfast great with fruit-salad and very good coffee. 5 min walk from the main-street of Provincetown. Very discrete actions to make house more friendly, like cookies and a light white wine available complimentary in the late afternoon, or candles in the general living room downstairs in the evening. Garden outside is a real wonder of calm and relaxation. Free wifi everywhere, even in the garden.
The rooms have charms but need an update to today standards. E.g. more plugs. The house is old and not in rectangle (acceptable) but the doors should fit - e.g. toilet/bathroom door could not be closed. Bed is good but found some hairs in blanket covering the mattress, I mean below the linen. No catastrophe but not nice. For my wife the charm of the room was overwhelming, for me it was a bit clouded by the technical deficiencies as mentioned above. In total still recomendable
