The curtain, the kitchen, the shower, the plug in's. And the noise from up stairs.
The bed was okay
Other than the bed, the furniture was less impressive; an old-school CRT TV sat in front of an older sofa. The bathroom area had a moldy smell, but was visually clean; I assume something had been painted over. Inside and out, there were signs of various stages of repair, maintenance and projects being accomplished; hopefully this means that improvements are forthcoming. The trees in the current Bookin.com photo have apparently been removed.
I really *wanted* to like this place, especially since affordable accommodations in Provo are scarce. It's in a great location for easy on/off of I-15 if you're traveling through, as I was. I arrived on a Saturday evening, and the desk clerk was very friendly, courteous and helpful (the morning clerk was less so, but still polite). The room was spacious, if dated. The centerpiece was the bed and its surrounding area -- clean and attractive. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was a nice bonus to be factored into the room rate.
They couldn't find my on-line reservation. We still got a room. Around 10:00 pm someone knocks on my door wanting to know who we are. I won't open the door and tell him to check with the front desk. "I'm from the front desk" he says. I still won't tell him who I am. I call the front desk and tell her that a stranger knocked on our door claiming to be from th front desk. "Oh, Yes," she said. 'I should have called you first. We lost your information and I couldn't remember which room I put you in." Argh. My wife and i are getting into bed when someone knocks on our door again. It's the same guy. I asked him what he wanted. I'm yelling through the door because there are none of those partial open locks on the doors. He tells me that someone was complaining about the noise and that there was a 10:00 curfew. The only noise we had made was yelling at this guy through the door. Probably won't stay there again. I guess I paid for the low price.
Large rooms with comfortable bed.
furniture, carpets, etc. very dated,
location, size of room, beds
No fire alarm in the room and no frig as well. When we pointed out no fire alarm they should have offered to move us to another room that was ready to use
I came just as they were changing the name from Knight's Inn to Little Suites, so couldn't find it at first. Everything else was excellent.
Room was musty - opened the door and windows and it still smelled. TV was ancient with no remote control. The furniture was old and used up - I was hesitant to sit on the couch.
Good location - parking close to the room. Bathroom had been nicely upgrades.
No complaints, really. I have stayed in six motels this week and this by far was the most comfortable.
Very inexpensive. Didn't expect a fully furnished and highly comfortable room.
The pool was not available and we were really looking forward to using it.
The room was very large with a separate bedroom/living room/kitchen/bath setup. Bed was large and comfy, bathroom was a nice size with the shower/toilet separate from the sink but the bath did not have a stopper for taking a bath (Had to use a rag for that). Kitchen/living room area was nice with a small fridge and microwave, had a couch and two tables with chairs. All around a good room to stay in.
If you open the window, the people passing can see you on the bed, very poor light on the room. Very little soap, the towels must be changed more frecuently.
The size of the room, the king size bed.
it was quite
no maid service available asked for towels and was told they are not a 5 star hotel. I didn't realized a clean towel was only available at a star hotel. They had 3 staff on duty but no one would bring me towels or change sheets. Very lousy service.
Improved over last year
Very few outlets in room Actual hotel didn't look anything like the pictures on the website No sign out front
Clean Friendly staff
.no smoke detector
Not clearly marked Was required to give Social Security number, birth date.
Close to high way
The door did not lock, the rooms you could hear who was next to you really good! The cleaners did not speak English at all. There was an ironing board, but no iron. The room was non-smoking but someone had used it for smoking. And there could have been better cleaning done!!!
Did like the re-done room, but could have had everything.
First of all there was no sign so it was very difficult to find. Then once I did find it and went in to check in the girl behind the counter was short with me and rude. Once I got to the room and turned on the air it did not work. Was not very happy with the room at all.
Did like that it had a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was O.K. The morning girl that was behind the counter was wonderful.
Not a place I would bring friends to visit. Old Motel with very little updating. Maintenance lacking on bathroom fixtures. Breakfast not worth staying for.
Location and price. I may possibly stay there again if all I need is a place to sleep.
Breakfast at 9am had 2 bagels and soggy apples. Waffle machine had no batter. Didn't see milk for cereal. Bed was horrible
It was a place to stay Had ice if we asked
The overall building from outside is terrible; the office is dirty and disorganized; and the food for breakfast was finished before many guests would eat. There was noise from outside and rooms throughout the night.
The room was fairly done and arranged
Noise from other guests the walls are thin.
Large spacious room
Showerhead mad shower almost unusable, sprayed water all around, except for straight down. Room was dirty, TV was old and did not receive many channels. No lamps in the worked, and one was broken off and presented an electric shock hazard. Unsatisfactory all the way around
The surroundings of the motel were dirty, old and terrible.
