Breakfast ran out before we could get any. Overall the breakfast was a disaster not sure if this was due to other guests

Shuttle bus to airport was great and on time. Front desk staff made us coffee when we returned to the hotel from the airport late at night. Car was untouched and the way I left it.

Housekeeper was banging on door at 9am. Checkout wasn't until 12 noon.

Location was close to where we needed to be and we have stayed in the past and we enjoyed it. Very friendly staff and reasonable rates.

Really just two. Make sure there is a designated parking space for those who are staying and not flying out and the bath vent in the bathroom was loud.

Staff argueing about credit card charges. They eventually apologised for being wrong. Shower in room did not work.

Very clean and affordable. Close to the airport. The shuttle service and early morning breakfast were excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Our door would not open with the key provided. Seems door battery system was not working. We were not the only ones this happened to. Was inconvenient.

The bottom of the shower was warped. The hairdryer was broken and I could not dry my hair.

A Staff was very prompt and helpful. The shuttle service is great to the airport. It is an absolutely perfect location is you are flying through Buffalo Niagara International. They even had breakfast out earlier knowing we had early flight.

The price was good. Very accomodating.

Run down carpet. Leaky faucets. Uncomfortable bed but the sheets were fine. Walls had marks and soda spray and partial hand prints. Looks outdated. Needs a face lift in the rooms.No motor air vents in the smoking rooms.

Our room was terrible. Furniture out of place. Cob webs all over the ceiling. Ripped wall paper, carpet was filthy. The tub apparently had been 'silicone' sprayed, but they left a plastic cup taped to the faucet and the drain taped. We were'n't sure what was in the tub when we arrived. After calling the front desk, they apologized, an said that it shouldn't have passed two inspectors and said to take it off ourselves. No hot water in the morning. Very, very disappointed!
