Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Rooms dirty. Had to ask several times for the room to be cleaned properly. Booking.com does not represent this hotel correctly on their website neither does the hotel frankly.

The location was great. The surrounding area had alot to choose from shopping, dining etc.

The Continental Breakfast.

The room was really nice - and I love the fact that I had a non-smoking room that didn't have lingering smoke. The beds were very comfortable and was very clean.

I had reserved the room with my Debit Card - and upon arriving told them when I left the room would be paid for in cash. Upon checking out - they had already put the charge on my card. When I reminded them that I had informed them twice it would be paid in cash - they said they credited my account back. But when I got home - and checked my checking account - they not only was the charge still there for $68.88 but they had charged me a charge of $73.00+. I called right away - but didn't get a satisfactory answer - I will be checking this week to see what happens.

This hotel is a great location for the Orlando Theme parks, and for the price was comfortable enough, I would stay there again.

Had a problem with the room, but they changed our room straight away. Was a bit budget, but at the price you get what you pay for. For anyone needing a base for the theme parks it is perfect.

El precio y el aseo, el estado excelente de camas y tendidos.

Mejorar un poco el desayuno seria excelente para complementar todo lo demás del hotel que me gusto mucho.

Truely, only the orange muffins they offer for breakfast

1- the heater produced an extremely terrible smell, the first night we couldnt sleep so we had to change the room. 2- the housekeeping was poor, the first two days they didnt change the used towels so we had to throw them on the floor after getting them really wet to have them changed 3- the internet was the worst. Every time we went to the front disk we meet costumers complining about the internet. I live in a rented apartment and I couldnt pay my monthly rent online on its due date because of their poor wi fi service so I was charged for late payment fee. 4- we used the iron and the coffee maker and when we came back they were still in their places, they didnt even clean the coffee maker. They didnt put a cleanix box when it finished we also throw the empty box on the floor to have them put a new one. 5- they dont offer many options for breakfast and it's only open from 6:30 to 9:30 am. 6- we were supposed to check in at 3:00 P.M. but they told us the room was not clean and we had to wait untill 4:00 to have the room ready. All in all it was the worset hotel we have been to.

Value was there and the location was great. Was dissappointed in the breakfast. It was a just ok hotel.

Could not get wireless internet to work all week. Rooms need updateding

What I didn't like is the price said 59.95 for total booking.The check out price was 68.88, and then I go online to my account, and it is 73.88. What is up with that ??????? I thought total meant "total". Won't do this again.................................

Very good location, good value, clean and simple rooms.

Premises are quite old, breakfast room (in an Indian restaurant around the corner) was horrible and dirty.
