I liked everything about my stay.

Nothing everything was perfect.

The close proximity to the highway and the thin walls. I had difficultly getting a hold of a staff person too at 2:30 a.m. when the folks in the room across the hall decided to have a loud party which included lots of beer. I was unable to sleep thereafter.

I only start one night and I feel like I should pay for that one night.

My booking.com price was $54.99 but I was charged $10 more. I did not look at the receipt until I left the hotel and noticed the price. My fault. Is there any way I caa get a refund?

Good value for the money.

The thermostat for regulating our room's heater was not working properly. While the thermostat provided a half dozen different temperature settings, in effect we had only two options: (1) extremely hot (85 f) or (2) extremely cold (60 f). I doubt this is the case with every room in the hotel, however. We just had bad luck and got stuck with a heater than is in need of repair.

The room was clean, the heat was good, the beds were good. The price was excellent, especially since it was a football weekend, and included breakfast.

There was a lot of construction going on, but it did not affect us over the weekend. Hot water flucuated a bit, but no big deal.

The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

It was clean and quiet even though it was full.

The breakfast was barely edible. The check-in time was 3PM, and even though there were no rooms available for us at 2PM, the clerk did charge a patron who had been visiting a relative at the hospital a $25 late check-out charge at the same time that no rooms had been ready for occupancy for us.

It was clean, helpful, friendly service, reasonable cost.

Not easy access to email on hotel computer.

The room was very cozy, and the location was central to many main roads and local destinations.

The Audio/Visual hookup on the television didn't work (newer TVs are being installed, I've been lead to understand), and a lack of elevators and stairs make for pretty long hallways.

The ammenities. Refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker.

The ice machine on my floor wasn't working. There was barely any hot water.

It was our honeymoon, and they gave us a complementary upgrade to Suite style. It may have been as much for their benefit as ours, but we were quite happy with it. I also liked how they have a 'don't wash our bedclothes' option to conserve on water.

There was some yelling and working noises in the morning, but it didn't start until after 10 a.m., so really, they can't be blamed for that.

Close to hwy. Easy to get to daughters house. You had an open pool before memorial day. Very nice breakfast everyday. Very well kept up. Good assortment

Pool was freezing. That was the main reason we picked staying there, so we could bring the grandkids swimming. We didn't get much sleep as we were in room 326 right next to the slamming door, every few minutes someone would come in or out. Especially with graduation weekend. All day and all night.

I stayed at another local Hotel the first night and the service and room were appaling. I was treated as though I were the only guest by your staff. Will continue to use in future.

It was a good location for my activity. Motel was clean and neat, just want I needed.

Indian (Indo-Amerian) folks are not very friendly. I'm getting tired of their poor attitudes towards typical Americans.

Quarto e banheiro amplos, muito bem limpos, confortáveis e completos. Cama e colchão ótimos. Lobby e local do café da manhã amplos, bonitos e confortáveis. Muito bom café da manhã e amplo estacionamento.

Cama confortabilíssima. Muitos travesseiros. Tv de tela plana com mutas opçõe de canais. Wifi gratuito. Ferro de passar e microondas no quarto. Você acorda com o barulho de passarinhos. Aquecedor no quarto. Café da manhã incluso muito gostoso.

O secador de cabelo era muito ruim. Não tenho nenhuma outra reclamação

Gostei da comodidade no transporte ao meu trabalho- Duke Hospital e VHA.

Localização- longe do centro de Durham. O meio de transporte da cidade é péssimo e dificulta a locomoção do turista pela cidade e pontos turísticos.

Os funcionários são super simpáticos e muito educados!! Os quartos são super espaços, confortáveis e limpos. Além disso, o café da manhã é super bom... Não tem muitas opções, mas tudo que tem é muito apetitoso! Vale lembrar que hotéis com café da manhã não são parte da tradição norte americana, então esse realmente vale a pena quanto a isso. Recomendo a todos!
