Location! Great location with sort of transportation methods. One station away from Manhattan with 4 stations away from Time Sq. Clean. Decors are relatively new, well maintained. Close to subway line would cause some noise while sleeping.

- The hotel were well cleaned and well organized. - located next to the subway station were you can reach any side of NYC easily. - hiring a guard will make you feel more safe in the place. - crew were nice and helpful - Some beds are annoying as they don't stop bothering you with an annoying sound whenever you or your room mate move. I suggest to change the double beds to be hanged on the ceiling or the wall. That will eliminate that uncomfortable sound. - there is no way to choose the preferred place of the bed online.

Nice folks friendly and helpful clean Not enough people to handle front desk at check in and check out change of rooms in a two-day stay - means another check in procedure - so I left; bad policy

Q4 was mostly OK for what it is. The location is pretty good for subway in and out Your questions are poorly worded! They do not reflect travelers of business activity and personal travel combined together.

Excellent front desk staff. Laundry and kitchen with 2 fridges . Basement lounge has pool table, plus huge TV. Coffee shop and fast food restaurants within 2 blocks. Two subway lines (1 undergrount, 1 elevated) are within 1 block, making for a fast trip into Manhattan. I took the underground E line. At this station, It h has elevators between the street and the subway platform. Especially good if you have a neavy suitcase - no stairs. Beds not too comfortable. Noisy elevated subway nearby.

Staffs there were so nice and willing to help for 24 hours. And facilities were quite clean and neat I wish there is coin exchanger(i am not sure this is the right name but any machine that exchanges cash into quarters.) because I had a trouble to find quarters for laundry. It costs 2 dollars for washer, 1.5 dollars for dryer, and 75 cents for detergent. So overall it takes 17 quarters. And what is worse, there aren't that many stores to exchange the quarters around the hostel. So I sincerely hope that there is the machine to get some quarters.

People were very nice and helpful at the hotel. I loved the clean kitchen and the fact subway is only but one minute walk away The hotel is by the main subway line, so is usually noisy at night

The hostel is nice, very clean. One important thing - they have bathrooms and showers in every shared room. It's not a big bathroom for all hostel. I liked it. The staff is friendly and helpfull. It's in a good location in Queens, next to two metro stations. It helped a lot. They could have a breakfast, would be nice. But, it's nothing a real problem.

Interesting design, clean. So. Loud. I maybe slept 45 minutes my first night. Also, you should bring a lock for your personal locker in your room - they charge for them. Rooms are also very crowded for 6 people to stay in.

Possibility to know many people coming from everywhere. Free wi-fi working in the entire building. Towels as needed. Well equipped. Very cool and confortable common spaces. The beds should be placed "foot to foot" and not "foot to head" ...the noise of Queens Plaza, but after some nights it become more friendly.

Hotel is very close to metro station. Staff is kind and polite. There is no hair dryer, soap, shampoo, toilet paper. Take all of these kind of things with you. Sleeping is difficult because of train noise outside.

Staff are very helpful and friendly and give 24 hour cover. The hotel is geered up for giving useful information. I shared a room with 5 other females and this was always kept clean and secure. The position of the hotel means that it is noisy - from traffic noise - but one girl, at least, used ear plugs and this solved the problem. I would recommend this hotel for value.

Everything! The rooms are very clean and maintained daily; the staff was friendly and helpful; the facilities (downstairs kitchen/rec room and 2nd floor hang-out room) were fully stocked; the neighborhood is safe and trains are very close by; for the price, you won't find anything better! The locks they sell at the front desk for the room lockers are key locks, not combination locks (at the time of this writing). I bought my own combo lock a few blocks from the hotel and used that, so it was no big deal. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Room was too noisy because of subway outside. Air conditioner was located just under my bed, some people used to switch it on while I was sleeping. Room was too small for 6 people. Very high stairway with no elevator, all rooms are located on 2nd and 3rd floors.
