It was only 2 blocks away from the Space Needle. If you need anything there's a Walgreens around the corner. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was great!! Eggs ham sausage hash browns waffles!! It was great!!
The shower pressure was a little low but that's it
Full breakfast was the best part of the trip.
Walking distance to the best Seattle locations, and a Walgreens.
Beds were hard, fitness center was full of broken equipment, floors squeek.
The staff was wonderful. From the desk to the servers at the breakfast. Very good breakfast with a large choice. The location is fine, just under the Needle, but it is not Seattle downtown, which is 10 min walk far
The room was very cold, as the window had some leakage and we had to sleep with the noisy heater on, for the full stay. We found a lot of long hairs (not ours..) in the bathroom, every day of our stay, chainging their position after every cleaning. This I think should be addressed, as it is not acceptable for the price we payed
The staff--all of them. They were all friendly, helpful, accommodating.
Older facilities. Didn't have hot water the first night. Unable to take shower. Only got slight discount on one night for it. Not happy about that, but the staff (in their helpfulness with everything else) more than made up for it.
clean inn, not very far from city center
Rude staff during checkout day. The guy in charge of cleaning the room bothered me multiple times as of 9am insisting to checkout asap even though the official checkout time was 12. Very unpolite!
Location was great and bed was super comfortable.
The breakfast wasn't that great. I also was disappointed that they didn't provide many gluten free options.
Close to the space needle.
Be prepared to pay $15 a day for parking. Which was not listed on the website. If you have an oversize vehicle. It's $50 a day! Very far from places to eat and shop. A lot of walking.
The breakfast was good and hot. The staff helpful and friendly.
The bed was to hard.
Location was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Clean rooms and great breakfast.
A bit noisy on the street side of the hotel. We changed rooms and it was much more quiet. Bathrooms in the small rooms are much to small. Could hardly turn around in it without the door hitting us. Hotel staff told us all bathrooms were same size, but clearly they are not. When we switched rooms the bathroom in the new room was three times larger!! No Joke!!
I used the dine-in food service they offer & it was excellent. The pool was being renovated but the fitness room was the best I 've ever seen in a hotel.
The people in the next room woke me up several times screaming at their kid. Maybe don't put families next to single rooms?
Location, friendly staff, price.
Overnight parking is a little pricy.
I had an amazing time Free shuttle to the city center and the staff were so freindy
I enjoyed the comforts provided by the hotel and staff
Nothing, my trip was great!
The size of the room was good.
The wait time to check in had a early fly so when I got there I wanted to settle down but we had to wait for an hour to check in
Breakfast personnel were very nice
Shuttle service never available even When asking 2 days ahead of time, front desk clerk was rude and not very helpful. Room was very small and hard to find places to put suitcases. House cleaning seemed annoyed when we ask for towels in the hall when they hadn't cleaned our room yet at 2 p.m.
5-10 minute walk from space needle and monorail. Very comfortable room, big , with jacuzzi in suite and comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was good, and you could make your own waffles. They had a very nice lobby with a fire place and a computer with internet access and printer. They had a free shuttle takes you downtown.
They do not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, but there is a 20 minute walk to the restaurant area in 2nd Avenue.
The hotel is situated near Space Needle. It is old, but clean and I really liked my stay there. The staff was friendly and all was pretty uncomplicated. Wifi is fast and easy to use. Iwould do it again!
Very well located, breakfast was fine and the room was huge and comfy.
Personal available and professional.
The room had a strange smell the whole week, even after cleaning. Braekfast: Bad cofee. Hyper-industrial pastry. The bread was also hyper-industrual and add an amoniac smell. Positive is that we had fruits and good yogurts.
We were happy with the location. Easy walking distance to main points-of- interest in Seattle. The breakfast had a number of options, and we were well fed. WiFi was reliable enough to watch Netflix on our laptop.
Staff were unfriendly and apathetic. Confused about simple things like the procedure to pay for the room. We got conflicting information every time we talked to the front desk. Rooms were tiny. Hardly room for our suit cases. Smallest hotel bathroom I have ever seen. Had to straddle the toilet to use the hair dryer. Bathroom light kept going out. Which makes for a very dark shower. Areas of the room had not been cleaned in a long while. Room telephone did not work. The neighboring hotel rooms' (empty room I believe) alarm clock was set for 3 am and went off for 1 hour two nights in a row. Even after we asked the room attendants and front desk to turn it off. Loud enough to keep us away for the full hour. Hardly any blankets on the bed. One sheet and one thin sheet-like blanket thing. We had to use the throw blanket we had brought for travel. The heater did not have a thermostat, so it could not be left on all night as it got unbearable hot in the room if we did. Weather was below freezing outside so we had to wake up every couple of hours to put on the heater for a few minutes to take the chill off. We still had a great trip! Won't be staying in that hotel again though.
Excellent location, you can actually walk to the Space Needle and the Seattle Center. Good breakfast
Pay for parking since, in Seattle, we spent more in parking lots than food
Thin Walls, Noisy Heater.
the gym was a joke and still no pool. gees how long does it take?
It was walking distance to the Space Needle. Breakfast was awesome Near a Walgreens so easier to get last minute things.
Parking can get hectic and it's near a main road.
