Good location, continental breakfast was good

Room was a little cramped, staff wasn't very friendly, too expensive, slow elevator

Love the location!

Coffee in the suite is really really bad. Too expensive for one night for 2 double beds. too outdated, need to do lots of renovations to make it appealing!

The rooms smelled, they were dirty, the towels were soiled and there were bugs. I booked a room with a view of the space needle and I got a view of a dumpster.

The staff were friendly & helpful.

There is a very funny odor on the 3rd floor.

No refrigerator in the room and being informed it would be an extra $10 to supply when it is a standard item everywhere else.

The hot tub in our room was perfect, filled it up 3 times and was super hot each time

Understaffed and had inadequate parking for the number of guests they want to serve.

Liked the hotel very much. Hot breakfast was really nice.

Pool and hot tub was right next to the lobby. Like more privacy. Everyone walking into lobby could see you in the pool.

From the pressure washing they were doing. It got black water all over through the AC vent. They did change our bed and clean up fast. But was worried the rest of time about it happening again. Maybe they should have changed rooms for us.

We liked the location and the manager, Lisa,and that was it!

It was dirty, run down, smelled of carpet fresh, we slept in our clothes for fear of bugs, and price came to 176!!! We will NEVER stay there again, or recommend.

Overcrowded, not prepared for the crowds, out of date facilities. Ran out of hot water at every shower. Served breakfast with plastic utensils.

the free breakfast , the pool was pretty and the staff was very helpful , the shuttle took us to the aquarium which was very nice .

the very small bathroom , sometimes the cleaning staff did not refill the toilet paper and several days they did not sweep the floors . I was a little disappointed when I as checking in and the person behind he counter was giving someone on the phone a better price than I was getting for the same room .

Pics on internet of facility deceiving. Rooms small and outdated. No microwave or refrigerator in room for price per night. Staff vacuuming at 7 PM - busy time for patrons. Noisy. Pool open at 6 AM. Staff cleaning pool at 8 AM. Patrons had to wait to swim.

The pool was good and also the breakfast buffet.

The room was horrible, uncomfortable and shabby. When we went to the pool, there was no towels and when the staff was notified, they were curt about the fact they were already notified. We never got any towels and had to drip all the way to our room. When I booked the room, there was no mention of the parking charge. When we tried to get in the parking garage, the card wouldn't work, and when we ask the clerk to rerun our cards, she was abrupt and rude. In all, it was one of the worst stays I've ever had.

We did not think the room was clean and there were no outlets to plug items in. The gfi in the bathroom would go off if you turned the hall light on. The phone did not work you could call out but could not hear and they said the phone did work without checking it. The furniture was sticky from not being cleaned. The breakfast was not up to others.

It was a bit noisy. Not really hotel's fault - family next door let their children stay up well past midnight and play loudly... Also, the selection for the free breakfast was a bit limited, especially after three days..some more fresh fruit would be welcome

Underground parking free of charge is a bonus. We were leaving Vancouver after a month ski trip and requested a large room so we could do the big pack which they obliged. Close to main street which is a cafe hub of Mt Pleasant. Cool area

The staff was excellent, the breakfast great good location to Seattle Center.

The price & the location. The carpeting was fairly new and clean.

The room had mold in the shower, the walls were in desperate need of fresh paint, the tv stand was broken and needed to be repaired, the beds dipped in the middle, this hotel needs some serious updates and more attention to the shower.
