Shower didn't work well, room quarters tight, hot tub broken

Going thru parking area to get from lobby to other facilities.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and clean with good facilities.

Good location to seattle centre

Very noisy hotel. Along busy road, and paper thin walls. Heard neighbours conversation no problem. Then, they did it.

Odd layout with garage, dining area. Everything jammed together and poor signage to even find the restrooms. Staff messed up on my hotel billing and got double billed instead of crediting my acct

The very large room, tons of amenities (full kitchen, utensils, 2 large beds)

t.v. didn't work, location was a little far from downtown.

The front desk was nice.

My room did not have view space needle as booked the front desk found a way better room thanks.

Location was pretty good. Most everything was within easy walking distance (< 1 mile). Most of the staff were very nice. Plus it had the added entertainment value of the homeless people yelling at passing cars.

* Old and tired * Minimal ammenities, or at least that I could find. * Could do with a few hundred less No Smoking signs...we get it! * No work space in the rooms. * Balky A/C * The slowest elevator known to man. Thankfully I only used it when I had to move my luggage. * Street access is complicated, but I think that's more of a Seattle problem than a hotel problem. * I've paid a lot less for a lot nicer, but for the market I guess it's reasonable. Seattle hotels are extremely overpriced in my opinion.

Breakfast was not as good as i expected, the room was crowded -people were waiting to other to leave so they could have a seat, the food was nothing to brage of. If the hotel is full they have to do shift for breakfast and not let people go over each other. On the last morning of our staing the room's key did not work, they change them at least 3 times and still were not working ( every time you have to run down to the front desk and back up) so one of us had to stay in the room all the time. The appologies from the front desk did not help for lost time and agrevations.

Hair dryer broke and air conditioner in rough shape. Hot tub jets would not work.

The staff was friendly, however I waited in line for at least 5 minutes every time I wanted to ask a question.

The rooms were the smallest I have ever been in. We were there 3 nights and room service never cleaned once, so we were always asking for clean towels and we were ever out of toilet paper and when I called down to ask for toilet paper I was brought a large roll of paper towels. Our room was not clean when we checked in, mold in the shower and carpets dirty. The lobby was always so full of travelers it was impossible to move around. I was told several times the hotel shuttle could/and would take us to attractions, well that never happened and I asked several times.

This hotel was close to the Space Needle and the monorail, so we had easy access to downtown. The selection of restaurants was somewhat limited, but we found a few good places.

The location of the hotel is next to a freeway, which was very noisy. There is also a lot of construction, with sidewalks and streets blocked off.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Room was small and the hallways and carpet looked dated. Hot tub did not appear to be very clean.

Their ad is misleading about their shuttle. The local shuttle is never available and the airport shuttle is $40.00.

Noisy room facing busy street.

Quite frankly not much, but the tv did work.

It was almost like the staff had written the reviews, the facility was very old and dated you entered from an ally way and the area did not feel safe. The window unit in the room would not cool the room and the over all experience was much worse that I expected and that was with lowering my expectations for a Quality inn. The bed had hand prints all on the headboard, and hair in the bath tub so you did not get a very clean feel to the room or the facility in general. I would not recommend this hotel.

The beds were very uncomfortable.

We arrived late and they were very welcoming and night staff was able to help us with all our questions.

Hot water took nearly 15 minutes to arrive at our room from the time I turned on the shower. Front desk said to just let it run and it would get hot. Being from a place of drought I didn't like the feeling of wasting all that water while waiting to shower.

The fact that there was a pool. The shuttle service. Available computer.

The public access to the pool area - several people used it as a shortcut to reception. No after-swim shower or changing room. No USB facility (to transfer photos from memory cards to memory stick).

Decent value-for-money hotel not far from downtown attractions, 15 minutes walk from Pike Place. A perfect place for tourists and families who do not expect any luxuries but a clean and friendly place to stay.
